قررت الجهات القضائية في مصر حجز البلوغر هدير عبد الرازق، وذلك بعد توجيه تهمة التعدي على قيم المجتمع ونشر محتوى يُخالف النظام العام.
وجاء توقيفها، على خلفية نشرها مقاطع فيديو ومواد مرئية عبر منصات التواصل الاجتماعي وُصفت بأنها «خادشة وخارجة عن الآداب»، فيما أكدت النيابة، أن الإجراءات تأتي في إطار مكافحة المحتوى غير اللائق الذي يؤثر على الذوق العام ويخلّ بالسلم المجتمعي.
وأفادت مصادر إعلامية، أن التحقيقات شملت مراجعة كاملة للمحتوى المنشور على حساباتها الشخصية، وسط دعوات من جهات حقوقية بإعادة النظر في الضوابط القانونية الخاصة بالنشر الإلكتروني.
يُذكر، أن هذه الحادثة تأتي ضمن سلسلة قضايا مشابهة في مصر خلال الفترة الماضية، وتشهد تفاعلاً واسعاً بين مؤيدين لتشديد الرقابة، ومطالبين بحرية التعبير ضمن حدود القانون.
