في مشهد يعكس روح التسامح والرقي، وبعد أشهر من التوتر والنزاع القانوني، نجحت الفنانة المصرية راندا البحيري، والإعلامي سعيد جميل في إنهاء خلافهما بلحظة إنسانية تحمل قيم التسامح والاحترام، وأُسدل الستار على واحدة من أبرز القضايا التي شغلت الرأي العام المصري أخيراً، بعد تصالح الطرفين قبل ساعات من انطلاق أولى جلسات محاكمتها أمام المحكمة الاقتصادية بتهمة السب والتشهير.
الواقعة، التي بدأت كنزاع قانوني حاد بين الطرفين، انتهت بلحظة ودّ عائلية جمعت كبار العائلتين، لتُطوى صفحة الخلاف وتعود العلاقات إلى سابق عهدها بالاحترام المتبادل.
بدأت القضية في يناير 2025، عندما فوجئ الإعلامي سعيد جميل بتصريحات مثيرة للجدل أدلت بها طليقته راندا البحيري خلال استضافتها في برنامج الإعلامية ريهام سعيد، حيث تناولت البحيري تفاصيل حياتهما الشخصية وخلافاتهما التي أدت إلى الطلاق. ولم تكتفِ بذلك، بل نشرت منشورات على حسابها بموقع فيسبوك تضمنت تلك التصريحات.
واعتبر «جميل» هذه التصريحات إساءة له، ما دفعه لتقديم بلاغ للنائب العام، متهماً البحيري بالقذف والتشهير عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي. كما تقدم ببلاغ آخر للإدارة العامة لمباحث الإنترنت وجرائم المعلومات.
وأحالت نيابة وسط القاهرة الكلية القضية للتحقيق. واستمعت النيابة لأقوال كل من راندا البحيري، والإعلامية ريهام سعيد، وواجهتهما بالاتهامات المستندة إلى مقطع فيديو من الحلقة المثيرة للجدل وصور من منشورات البحيري على فيسبوك.
وبعد استكمال التحريات والتقارير الفنية، قررت النيابة إحالة «البحيري» إلى المحكمة الاقتصادية بتهمة القذف والتشهير، وتحديد جلسة 18 مايو 2025 لمحاكمتها.
في المقابل، تقدمت راندا البحيري ببلاغ ضد سعيد جميل، متهمة إياه بالتزوير واستخدام محرر مزور أمام جهة رسمية، لكن النيابة العامة قررت في 28 أبريل 2025 حفظ هذا البلاغ بعد أن أثبتت التحقيقات صحة المستند المقدم من جميل، الذي كان صادراً من الموقع الإلكتروني لمدرسة طفلهما.
وقبل يوم واحد من الجلسة المقررة، قدم محامي سعيد جميل وثائق التصالح إلى محكمة القاهرة الاقتصادية، التي قررت بدورها وقف سير الدعوى.
وفي بيان مؤثر عبر حسابها على فيسبوك، أعلنت راندا البحيري إتمام الصلح بحضور كبار عائلتي الطرفين، وهم المستشار جميل سعيد (والد سعيد)، والمهندس طلعت البحيري (والد راندا)، وبمباركة شخصيات بارزة مثل المستشار طارق جميل، كريم جميل، حسين البحيري، والنائب مصطفى عادل.
وأكدت البحيري أن الصلح تم في إطار أسري وودي، مشددة على عودة الاحترام والتقدير بينها وبين طليقها.
In a scene that reflects the spirit of tolerance and sophistication, after months of tension and legal disputes, Egyptian artist Randa Al-Buheiri and media personality Said Jamil succeeded in resolving their differences with a human moment that embodies the values of tolerance and respect. The curtain fell on one of the most prominent cases that has occupied the Egyptian public opinion recently, after the two parties reconciled just hours before the first session of her trial before the Economic Court on charges of defamation and slander.
The incident, which began as a fierce legal dispute between the two parties, ended with a family-friendly moment that brought together the elders of both families, allowing the page of disagreement to be turned and the relationships to return to their previous state of mutual respect.
The case began in January 2025, when media personality Said Jamil was surprised by controversial statements made by his ex-wife Randa Al-Buheiri during her appearance on the program hosted by media figure Riham Said, where Al-Buheiri discussed details of their personal lives and the disagreements that led to their divorce. She did not stop there, but also published posts on her Facebook account that included those statements.
Jamil considered these statements an insult to him, prompting him to file a complaint with the public prosecutor, accusing Al-Buheiri of defamation and slander via social media. He also filed another complaint with the General Administration for Internet Investigations and Information Crimes.
The Central Cairo Prosecution referred the case for investigation. The prosecution listened to the testimonies of both Randa Al-Buheiri and media personality Riham Said, confronting them with the accusations based on a video clip from the controversial episode and images from Al-Buheiri's posts on Facebook.
After completing the investigations and technical reports, the prosecution decided to refer "Al-Buheiri" to the Economic Court on charges of defamation and slander, scheduling a session for her trial on May 18, 2025.
In turn, Randa Al-Buheiri filed a complaint against Said Jamil, accusing him of forgery and using a forged document before an official entity. However, the public prosecutor decided on April 28, 2025, to dismiss this complaint after investigations proved the validity of the document submitted by Jamil, which was issued from the website of their child's school.
One day before the scheduled session, Said Jamil's lawyer submitted reconciliation documents to the Cairo Economic Court, which in turn decided to suspend the proceedings of the case.
In an emotional statement via her Facebook account, Randa Al-Buheiri announced the completion of the reconciliation in the presence of the elders of both families, namely Counselor Jamil Said (Said's father) and Engineer Talat Al-Buheiri (Randa's father), with the blessing of prominent figures such as Counselor Tarek Jamil, Karim Jamil, Hussein Al-Buheiri, and MP Mustafa Adel.
Al-Buheiri confirmed that the reconciliation took place in a familial and friendly atmosphere, emphasizing the return of respect and appreciation between her and her ex-husband.
