اختار الفنان السعودي عباس إبراهيم، الأغنية الوطنية ليجدد حضوره الفني، مطلقاً «رفيعة الشأن» بالتزامن مع احتفالات اليوم الوطني السعودي، في عودة تعيد صوته إلى الواجهة بعد سنوات اتسم فيها إنتاجه بالتباعد مقارنة بمرحلة حضوره الأولى.
الأغنية من كلمات الأمير فيصل بن يزيد، وألحان فيصل المحمد، وتوزيع مروان، وطرحتها «روتانا موسيقى»، ضمن الأعمال الوطنية المصاحبة للمناسبة.
وتتجاوز أهمية «رفيعة الشأن» توقيت طرحها؛ إذ تعيد عباس إبراهيم إلى مساحة ارتبط فيها الجمهور بصوته وأسلوبه، وسط مشهد غنائي سعودي اتسعت خياراته وتغيرت ملامحه خلال السنوات الأخيرة.
ويضع الإصدار الجديد الفنان أمام اختبار مختلف، فالمسألة لا تتعلق باستعادة الحضور بقدر ارتباطها بقدرته على تقديم مشروع متصل يعيد بناء علاقته بالساحة، بعيداً عن الاكتفاء بإصدارات متباعدة.

The song is written by Prince Faisal bin Yazid, composed by Faisal Al-Mohammad, and arranged by Marwan, and it was released by "Rotana Music" as part of the national works accompanying the occasion.
