وتأتي هذه الأجور بعد أن فقدت آبل أربعة من كبار باحثيها لصالح شركة «ميتا»، ما دفعها إلى زيادة رواتب بعض الأقسام الحساسة لمواجهة العروض المغرية من الشركات المنافسة، بحسب تقرير سابق نشرته بلومبيرغ.
وبحسب الأرقام المتاحة، يتقاضى مهندسو التعلم الآلي في آبل حتى 312 ألف دولار سنويًا، بينما يحصل مصممو واجهات المستخدم على نحو 468 ألف دولار. أما علماء البيانات فبلغت رواتبهم 322 ألف دولار، ومطورو البرمجيات 378 ألفًا. أما أصحاب الخبرة المنخفضة، خصوصًا في مجال التصميم الفيزيائي، فتبدأ رواتبهم من 100 ألف دولار سنويًا.
وتعكس فلسفة آبل في التوظيف -بحسب ما صرح به الرئيس التنفيذي تيم كوك- اهتمامًا بصفات مثل الإبداع والتعاون أكثر من مجرد المؤهلات التقنية، مؤكدًا في مقابلة أنه «في آبل، 1 + 1 = 3»، في إشارة إلى قيمة العمل الجماعي وتكامل الأفكار.

According to available figures, machine learning engineers at Apple earn up to $312,000 annually, while user interface designers receive around $468,000. Data scientists have salaries of $322,000, and software developers earn $378,000. For those with lower experience, especially in the field of physical design, salaries start at $100,000 per year.
Apple's hiring philosophy—according to CEO Tim Cook—reflects an interest in qualities such as creativity and collaboration more than just technical qualifications, emphasizing in an interview that "at Apple, 1 + 1 = 3," referring to the value of teamwork and the integration of ideas.
In addition to generous salaries, a number of other perks are included, such as stock bonuses, discounts on products, and periodic gifts for employees. Tim Cook himself earned about $74.6 million.
