عادل البرازيلي فينيسيوس جونيور رقم الأسطورة رونالدينيو على صعيد عدد الأهداف المسجلة في نهائيات كأس العالم، بعدما رفع رصيده إلى هدفين في تاريخ مشاركاته بالمونديال، خلال عدد أقل بكثير من المباريات.
وجاء هدف فينيسيوس الثاني في كأس العالم خلال مواجهة المنتخب البرازيلي أمام منتخب المغرب. وبهذا الهدف، رفع نجم ريال مدريد رصيده إلى هدفين في خمس مباريات مونديالية فقط، بعد أن كان قد سجل هدفه الأول في نسخة قطر 2022 أمام كوريا الجنوبية خلال الفوز 4-1.
في المقابل، يمتلك رونالدينيو حصيلة مماثلة بلغت هدفين في 10 مباريات خاضها عبر مشاركتيه في كأس العالم 2002 و2006، إذ سجل في نسخة كوريا الجنوبية واليابان 2002 أمام الصين وإنجلترا، قبل أن يخوض مونديال 2006 دون أن يضيف أي أهداف، مع وصول البرازيل حينها إلى دور ربع النهائي.
ويعكس هذا التساوي في الرصيد التهديفي، مع الفارق في عدد المباريات، تطور الحضور الهجومي لفينيسيوس مع المنتخب البرازيلي، واستمرارية تأثيره المتصاعد في المحافل الكبرى، مع بقاء المجال مفتوحاً أمامه لتعزيز أرقامه في النسخة الحالية من المونديال.
Brazilian player Vinícius Júnior has matched the legendary Ronaldinho in terms of the number of goals scored in World Cup finals, raising his tally to two goals in his World Cup history, during a significantly fewer number of matches.
Vinícius's second goal in the World Cup came during Brazil's match against Morocco. With this goal, the Real Madrid star increased his tally to two goals in just five World Cup matches, after having scored his first goal in the Qatar 2022 edition against South Korea during the 4-1 victory.
In contrast, Ronaldinho has a similar record of two goals in 10 matches played during his World Cup appearances in 2002 and 2006, scoring in the 2002 edition in South Korea and Japan against China and England, before participating in the 2006 World Cup without adding any goals, as Brazil reached the quarter-finals that year.
This equality in scoring records, despite the difference in the number of matches, reflects the evolution of Vinícius's offensive presence with the Brazilian national team and his continuously rising impact in major tournaments, with the opportunity still open for him to enhance his numbers in the current edition of the World Cup.
