تواصل إدارة نادي الخليج تعزيز صفوف الفريق الأول لكرة القدم، إذ أعلنت رسمياً التعاقد مع لاعب الوسط بدر منشي (26 عاماً) قادماً من الدرعية، والجناح حسين العيسى (25 عاماً) القادم من الوحدة، بعقد يمتد لموسم ونصف حتى يونيو 2027، خلال فترة الانتقالات الشتوية الحالية.
ويأتي هذا التحرك ضمن خطة الإدارة لدعم الجهاز الفني بقيادة المدرب اليوناني جورجيوس دونيس، لمواجهة ضغط المباريات وتعويض أي غيابات محتملة بسبب الإصابات، إضافة إلى تعزيز عمق التشكيلة للحفاظ على الاستقرار الفني خلال منافسات دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين.
ويمتلك بدر منشي خبرة سابقة مع أندية الكوكب وضمك، بينما يتميز حسين العيسى بمسيرة مميزة مع العدالة والباطن والوحدة، كما سبق للثنائي تمثيل الأخضر تحت 23 عاماً في كأس آسيا 2022، مما يضمن جاهزيتهما للمساهمة الفعالة مع الخليج.
وفي خطوة أخرى لتعزيز استقرار الفريق، جدد النادي قبل يومين عقد الحارس الوطني مروان حيدري حتى 2028، رغم العروض التي تلقاها خلال الموسم الماضي، ما يعكس حرص الإدارة على الحفاظ على عناصر الخبرة الأساسية.
ويحتل الخليج حالياً المركز الثامن في ترتيب الدوري برصيد 25 نقطة، وسط تطلعات لمواصلة تحقيق أفضل النتائج في المرحلة القادمة والتقدم في سلم ترتيب الدوري.
The management of Al-Khaleej Club continues to strengthen the first team of the football club, as it officially announced the signing of midfielder Badr Manshi (26 years old) coming from Al-Dhariyah, and winger Hussein Al-Eissa (25 years old) coming from Al-Wahda, with a contract extending for a season and a half until June 2027, during the current winter transfer window.
This move is part of the management's plan to support the coaching staff led by Greek coach Georgios Donis, to cope with the pressure of matches and compensate for any potential absences due to injuries, in addition to enhancing the depth of the squad to maintain technical stability during the Saudi Pro League competitions.
Badr Manshi has previous experience with the clubs Al-Kawkab and Dhamk, while Hussein Al-Eissa boasts an impressive career with Al-Adalah, Al-Batin, and Al-Wahda. Both players have previously represented the U23 national team in the 2022 AFC Asian Cup, ensuring their readiness to contribute effectively to Al-Khaleej.
In another step to enhance the team's stability, the club renewed the contract of national goalkeeper Marwan Haidari two days ago until 2028, despite the offers he received during the last season, reflecting the management's commitment to retaining key experienced players.
Al-Khaleej currently occupies the eighth position in the league standings with 25 points, with aspirations to continue achieving better results in the upcoming phase and to advance in the league table.
