وأرجع الأمريكي نيشيش باسافاريدي تأهله إلى دور الأربعة في بطولة الجيل القادم لرابطة محترفي التنس إلى التحسّن الكبير في الجوانب اللياقية والبدنية، التي أسهمت في رفع جودة الإرسالات، مبيناً أنه تأهّب للقاء بصورةٍ مثلى، ما انعكس إيجاباً على أدائه خلال المباراة.
من جانبه، أبدى البلجيكي ألكسندر بلوكس سعادته بتحقيق الفوز في جميع مبارياته بدور المجموعات، مشيراً إلى أن حسمه للتأهل لم يقف عائقاً أمام اللعب بحافزٍ أكبر، لاسيما في ظل الدعم الكبير من الجماهير، الذي كان طريقاً للحصول على العلامة الكاملة.
