نجح المحترف في صفوف لانس الفرنسي النجم السعودي سعود عبدالحميد، في المساهمة في انتصار فريقه على بريست، الجمعة الماضي، بنتيجة 3-1، ضمن مباريات الجولة الثالثة من الدوري الفرنسي، إذ سجل ماما بالدي الهدف الأول لفريق بريست في الدقيقة 24، قبل أن يرد لانس بثلاثية، وأشهر حكم المباراة البطاقة الحمراء في وجه لاعب بريست رادوسلاف مايوفسكي في الدقيقة 55، ليكمل فريقه المباراة بـ 10 لاعبين، وافتتح فريق لانس أهدافه في مرمى بريست عن طريق فلوران توفين في الدقيقة 60 من ركلة جزاء، قبل أن يسجل مورجان غيلافوغي الهدف الثاني في الدقيقة 78، واستطاع الظهير الأيمن سعود عبدالحميد صناعة الهدف الثالث لفريق لانس الذي سجله أدريان تومسون في الدقيقة 90+2.
وبهذه النتيجة، رفع فريق لانس رصيده إلى 6 نقاط في المركز الثالث بجدول ترتيب فرق الدوري الفرنسي بالتساوي مع فريق باريس «المتصدر» وتولوز «الوصيف».
وحصل اللاعب سعود عبدالحميد رغم مشاركته لـ15 دقيقة على تقييم رائع 7.8 من 10، وهو ثاني أفضل تقييم في فريق لانس، وتغنى الحساب الرسمي للدوري الفرنسي بأداء النجم السعودي التاريخي مع فريقه وكتب: «أي تأثير قام به سعود عبدالحميد أمام بريست منذ مشاركته في الدقيقة 76 شارك بديلاً، الدقيقة 78 لانس يسجل الهدف الثاني، الدقيقة 92 سعود عبدالحميد يصنع الهدف الثالث».
هذا وستكون مواجهة فريق لانس الرابعة في الدوري الفرنسي أمام فريق باريس يوم الأحد 14 سبتمبر القادم الساعة 6:00 مساء.

The referee issued a red card to Brest player Radoslaw Majecki in the 55th minute, leaving his team to complete the match with 10 players. Lens opened their scoring against Brest through Florian Thauvin in the 60th minute from a penalty kick, before Morgan Guilavogui scored the second goal in the 78th minute. Right-back Saud Abdulhamid assisted in the third goal for Lens, scored by Adrian Thompson in the 90+2 minute.
With this result, Lens raised their points to 6, placing them third in the French league standings, equal with Paris "the leader" and Toulouse "the runner-up".
Despite only participating for 15 minutes, player Saud Abdulhamid received an excellent rating of 7.8 out of 10, which is the second-best rating in the Lens team. The official account of the French league praised the historic performance of the Saudi star with his team, stating: "What an impact Saud Abdulhamid had against Brest since coming on as a substitute in the 76th minute. In the 78th minute, Lens scored the second goal, and in the 92nd minute, Saud Abdulhamid assisted the third goal."
