الرابطة السعودية للحكام تعقد اجتماعها الأول برئاسة العواجي

The Board of Directors of the Saudi Referees Association held its first meeting, chaired by former international referee and former head of the referees committee at the Football Association, Marai Al-Owaji, who opened the meeting by thanking the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee for its continuous support and interest in developing the refereeing sector in various sports, to enhance the association's efforts in keeping up with the sports movement, as part of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

During the meeting, Abdullah Al-Nassar, the executive director of the association, reviewed the association's strategy and objectives. The council approved the administrative structure, adopted the official identity, and the digital platform, in addition to reviewing the website and approving the new technical system, which aims to enhance operational efficiency and develop the work environment to serve referees across the Kingdom.

The meeting also witnessed the distribution of administrative tasks among the council members, where Abdullah Al-Shalawi was elected as vice president, Dr. Ayman Al-Rifai was appointed as supervisor of legal regulations, Mayada Al-Sharida was appointed as supervisor of women's refereeing, and Alaa Al-Namla was appointed as supervisor of public relations, while administrative, financial, and media tasks were assigned to Nayef Al-Asimi.

The council president also listened to the members' interventions and suggestions, which focused on supporting and assisting the refereeing system in all sports across various regions and cities of the Kingdom.
