تلقى الحكام السعوديون الدوليون المشاركون في بطولة العالم للبلياردو 2025، التي اختتمت منافساتها على الصالة الخضراء بمدينة جدة السبت الماضي إشادة دولية من الاتحاد الدولي للبلياردو وشركة «ماتش روم»، تضمنت إشارة إلى ارتفاع مستوى الحكام السعوديين مقارنة بالبطولة السابقة 2024 من عدة نواحٍ في مقدمتها ترتيب الكرات خلال الحدث بشكل سريع مقارنة بالعام الماضي، وتمكن الحكام ذوو المهارات الأساسية في اللغة الإنجليزية من إدارة طاولات ساعة التسديد بشكل جيد، وكان الحماس والاستعداد مميزاً بشكل عام، وأظهر غالبية الحكام السعوديين قدرة على التحمل أثناء العمل لساعات طويلة جداً.
وشارك في بطولة العالم للبلياردو 2025 ثمانية حكام هم؛ خلف الرويلي ونواف الشمري وفهد الصفار وسعود العويس وصالح المطر ومحمد الرقيعي وهاني النفيسة ويحيى بدوي.
يُذكر أن تنظيم البطولة يأتي بشراكة بين الاتحاد السعودي للبلياردو والسنوكر وشركة «ماتش روم»، وبإشراف مباشر من وزارة الرياضة.

The international Saudi referees participating in the 2025 World Billiards Championship, which concluded its competitions at the Green Hall in Jeddah last Saturday, received international praise from the International Billiards Federation and "Matchroom." This included a mention of the elevated level of Saudi referees compared to the previous 2024 championship in several aspects, foremost of which was the quick arrangement of the balls during the event compared to last year. The referees with basic English skills managed the shot clock tables well, and the enthusiasm and readiness were notably exceptional overall. The majority of the Saudi referees demonstrated endurance while working for very long hours.
Eight referees participated in the 2025 World Billiards Championship: Khalaf Al-Ruwaili, Nawaf Al-Shammari, Fahd Al-Saffar, Saud Al-Owais, Saleh Al-Matar, Mohammed Al-Ruqai, Hani Al-Nafisa, and Yahya Badawi.
It is worth mentioning that the organization of the championship comes in partnership between the Saudi Billiards and Snooker Federation and "Matchroom," under the direct supervision of the Ministry of Sports.
