كشفت وزارة الداخلية المصرية، اليوم (الجمعة)، ملابسات مقطع فيديو متداول على نطاق واسع عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يظهر قائد سيارة ملصق عليها علم إسرائيل وهو يصطدم بعدد من المواطنين والمركبات في منطقة كرداسة بمحافظة الجيزة.
وأوضح بيان رسمي صادر عن وزارة الداخلية «تلقى مركز شرطة كرداسة بلاغاً من الأهالي بوقوع حادثة تصادم ووجود مصابين بدائرة المركز بسيارة تحمل علم إسرائيل».
وأشار بيان وزارة الداخلية أنه بالفحص والتحريات تبين أن الواقعة بدأت بمشادة كلامية بين قائد السيارة ومالك محل تجاري، اعتراضاً على توقف السيارة أمام المحل.
وأضاف البيان أنه «لدى مشاهدة المارة المشاجرة والعلم المثبت على السيارة، قاموا بالتعدي عليه بالضرب، وحال محاولته الإفلات اصطدم بعدد من المواطنين والمركبات تصادف مرورهم بالمنطقة، مما أسفر عن إصابة 6 أشخاص بكسور وكدمات متفرقة، وتم نقلهم إلى مستشفيات لتلقي العلاج اللازم».
وأكدت الوزارة أنه تم ضبط السيارة وقائدها فوراً، وأفادت أسرته بأنه يعاني من مرض نفسي منذ سنوات ويتلقى العلاج لدى أطباء نفسيين، وقدمت أوراقاً وشهادات طبية تثبت ذلك.
وفي سياق كشف مصدر الملصق، أفادت التحريات أن المذكور تردد على أحد محلات كماليات السيارات بالمنطقة، وطلب من ابنة مالك المحل طباعة الملصق المشار إليه، فقامت بطباعة نسختين وتسليمهما له «خوفاً منه لكونه معروفاً بمحيط المنطقة محل سكنه بعدم اتزانه النفسي».
وأكدت وزارة الداخلية اتخاذ كافة الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة، وتولت النيابة العامة التحقيق في الواقعة، إذ تأتي هذه التوضيحات الرسمية لمواجهة الشائعات والتكهنات التي انتشرت عقب تداول الفيديو، والتي ربطت الحادثة بدوافع سياسية أو استفزازية.
The Egyptian Ministry of Interior revealed today (Friday) the circumstances surrounding a video widely circulated on social media, showing a driver of a car bearing an Israeli flag colliding with several citizens and vehicles in the Kerdasa area of Giza Governorate.
A statement issued by the Ministry of Interior explained, "The Kerdasa Police Station received a report from residents about a collision incident and the presence of injured individuals within the center's jurisdiction involving a vehicle carrying an Israeli flag."
The Ministry of Interior's statement indicated that upon examination and investigation, it was found that the incident began with a verbal altercation between the driver of the car and the owner of a commercial shop, objecting to the car being parked in front of the shop.
The statement added that "upon witnessing the altercation and the flag displayed on the car, passersby attacked him physically, and while attempting to escape, he collided with several citizens and vehicles that happened to be passing through the area, resulting in injuries to 6 individuals with fractures and various bruises, who were transported to hospitals for necessary treatment."
The ministry confirmed that the vehicle and its driver were apprehended immediately, and his family reported that he has been suffering from a mental illness for years and is receiving treatment from psychiatrists, providing documents and medical certificates to prove this.
In the context of revealing the source of the sticker, investigations indicated that the individual had frequented one of the car accessories shops in the area and requested the owner's daughter to print the mentioned sticker, so she printed two copies and handed them to him "out of fear, as he is known in the vicinity of his residence for his mental instability."
The Ministry of Interior confirmed that all necessary legal measures have been taken, and the Public Prosecution has taken over the investigation into the incident, as these official clarifications come to counter the rumors and speculations that spread following the circulation of the video, which linked the incident to political or provocative motives.
