الاتحاد الدولي للطاولة يعيّن الأمير محمد بن عبدالرحمن رئيساً للجنة الاستشارية

The International Table Tennis Federation (ITTF) announced the formation of the advisory committee for the federation's president, which is chaired by Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser, the president of the Saudi Table Tennis Federation.

Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman expressed his gratitude and appreciation to the international federation for the trust granted to him, confirming that the committee will work on providing the necessary recommendations for the marketing team during this important phase, which is witnessing an increase in global interest in the sport of table tennis.

He pointed out the need to fully invest in the potential of the sport through a data-driven strategy that enhances engagement with audiences, attracts partnerships, and strengthens the global identity of the sport, emphasizing that the new mission aims to unify international efforts through cooperation and innovation, alongside a strategic focus to elevate table tennis to broader horizons.

For her part, ITTF President Petra Sörling expressed her appreciation and gratitude to Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Nasser for taking on this leadership role within the committee, stressing that this role will contribute to supporting the efforts for sustainable growth of table tennis worldwide.

This step comes in response to the proposal raised during the general assembly of the international federation, which received the approval of most members, confirming the need for a strategic and collaborative approach that contributes to the growth of financial revenues for the sport, particularly through increasing resources allocated for development and enhancing marketing efforts.
