كشفت وزارة الداخلية المصرية ملابسات مقطع فيديو متداول على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ظهر خلاله عدد من الأشخاص أثناء إجبار فتاة على استقلال سيارة في أحد شوارع محافظة الجيزة، قبل أن تتدخل الأجهزة الأمنية وتحدد هوية المتهمين وتضبطهم.
وقالت الوزارة، في بيان، إن أجهزة الأمن رصدت تداول مقطع فيديو يتضمن قيام عدد من الأشخاص باختطاف فتاة عنوة داخل سيارة في الجيزة، وبالفحص أمكن تحديد الفتاة، وتبين أنها مقيمة بدائرة قسم شرطة الأهرام.
وبسؤال الفتاة، أفادت بأنها كانت موجودة، يوم 25 أغسطس الجاري، في أحد الشوارع بدائرة قسم شرطة أول الشيخ زايد، عندما فوجئت بتوقف سيارة يستقلها عدد من الأشخاص، حيث قام أحدهم بتهديدها باستخدام سلاح أبيض، قبل أن يجبروها على الصعود إلى السيارة.
وأضافت، بحسب بيان الداخلية، أن المتهمين اعتدوا عليها بالضرب وتحـرشوا بها وحاولوا التعدي عليها جنسياً، إلا أنها قاومتهم وتمكنت من إحداث تلفيات بزجاج السيارة، الأمر الذي دفعهم إلى تركها في أحد الشوارع بدائرة قسم شرطة ثان الشيخ زايد، والاستيلاء على هاتفها المحمول بالإكراه.
ضبط المتهمين والسيارة
وأوضحت وزارة الداخلية أن التحريات أسفرت عن تحديد السيارة الظاهرة في مقطع الفيديو وضبطها، وتبين أنها سيارة ملاكي دون لوحة معدنية أمامية ومنتهية التراخيص.
كما تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية من ضبط قائد السيارة ومستقليها، وتبين أنهم 5 طلاب وعامل توصيل طلبات، وجميعهم مقيمون بمحافظة الجيزة.
وأشارت الوزارة إلى أن التحريات كشفت أن ثلاثة من المتهمين سبق اتهامهم في قضايا تتعلق بالسرقة بالإكراه وتعاطي المخدرات والآداب العامة والبلطجة.
وعثرت الأجهزة الأمنية بحوزة المتهمين على كمية من مخدر «البودر»، فيما أرشدوا عن السلاح الأبيض المستخدم في الاعتداء والهاتف المحمول الذي استولوا عليه من الفتاة.
اعترافات المتهمين
وبمواجهة المتهمين، أقروا بارتكاب الواقعة وفقاً لما توصلت إليه التحريات، وأفادوا بأنهم اختطفوا الفتاة بهدف التعدي عليها جنسياً في إحدى المناطق الجبلية بمنطقة الشيخ زايد.
وأضافت الداخلية أن المتهمين ذكروا أنه عندما قاومتهم الفتاة وتمكنت من إحداث تلفيات بزجاج السيارة، قاموا بتركها في أحد الطرق، قبل أن يستولوا على هاتفها المحمول بالإكراه.
وأكدت الوزارة أنه تم اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال المتهمين، فيما تتولى النيابة العامة التحقيق في الواقعة.
وتأتي الواقعة بعد انتشار مقطع الفيديو على نطاق واسع عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، ما أثار تفاعلاً واسعاً بين المستخدمين وتساؤلات بشأن هوية الأشخاص الذين ظهروا خلاله والظروف التي أحاطت بالواقعة.
The Egyptian Ministry of Interior revealed the circumstances surrounding a video circulating on social media, in which several individuals were seen forcing a girl to get into a car on one of the streets in Giza Governorate, before security forces intervened, identified the suspects, and arrested them.
The ministry stated in a statement that security agencies monitored the circulation of a video showing a number of individuals forcibly kidnapping a girl inside a car in Giza. Upon investigation, the girl was identified, and it was found that she resides within the jurisdiction of the Al-Ahram Police Station.
When questioned, the girl reported that she was present on August 25 in one of the streets under the jurisdiction of the First Sheikh Zayed Police Station when she was surprised by a car stopping, which was occupied by several individuals. One of them threatened her with a white weapon before they forced her to get into the car.
She added, according to the ministry's statement, that the suspects assaulted her, harassed her, and attempted to sexually assault her. However, she resisted them and managed to cause damage to the car's glass, which prompted them to leave her in one of the streets under the jurisdiction of the Second Sheikh Zayed Police Station, taking her mobile phone by force.
Arrest of the Suspects and the Car
The Ministry of Interior clarified that investigations led to the identification of the car shown in the video and its seizure, revealing that it was a private vehicle without a front license plate and had expired registration.
Security forces also managed to arrest the driver and the passengers of the car, who were found to be 5 students and a delivery worker, all residing in Giza Governorate.
The ministry pointed out that investigations revealed that three of the suspects had previously been accused in cases related to robbery, drug use, public morals, and thuggery.
Security forces found a quantity of "powder" drugs in the suspects' possession, and they led the authorities to the white weapon used in the assault and the mobile phone they had taken from the girl.
Confessions of the Suspects
When confronted, the suspects admitted to committing the incident as per the findings of the investigations, stating that they had kidnapped the girl with the intention of sexually assaulting her in one of the mountainous areas in Sheikh Zayed.
The ministry added that the suspects mentioned that when the girl resisted them and managed to damage the car's glass, they left her on one of the roads before forcibly taking her mobile phone.
The ministry confirmed that legal measures have been taken against the suspects, while the Public Prosecution is investigating the incident.
This incident follows the widespread circulation of the video on social media, which sparked significant interaction among users and raised questions about the identities of the individuals shown and the circumstances surrounding the incident.
