لقي أكثر من 14 مسلحاً حوثياً مقتلهم، بينهم قادة ميدانيون، وأصيب 19 آخرون في ضربات للقوات المسلحة اليمنية في الساحل الغربي.
وأكد إعلام المقاومة الوطنية التابع للقوات المسلحة اليمنية توجيه ضربات بالمدفعية والطيران المسيّر على أهداف ومواقع عسكرية للمليشيا، جنوبي الحديدة، ما أدى إلى سقوط عدد من عناصر وقيادات المليشيا بين قتيل وجريح.
وذكر الإعلام العسكري أن الضربات استهدفت مراكز قيادة وسيطرة وتجمعات مسلحة لما يسمى «اللواء العاشر قدس»، بقيادة المدعو أبو العز ريمة، كما استهدفت بدقة عالية مواقع متقدمة للمليشيا.
وقال الإعلام العسكري إن من بين القتلى الحوثيين مسؤول شؤون الأفراد والمسؤول الثقافي في اللواء المستهدف، مستعرضاً مشاهد مصورة توثق جانباً من الضربات التي استهدفت مواقع وتجمعات المليشيا في جنوب الحديدة.
وتزامن ذلك مع تأكيدات نشرتها مواقع إعلامية يمنية لمقتل القيادي الحوثي سجاد مطهر، المعيّن برتبة لواء وهو المسؤول عن التسليح والإمدادات العسكرية في المنطقة العسكرية السادسة التابعة للمليشيا، إثر غارة بطائرة مسيّرة للقوات المسلحة اليمنية استهدفت مواقع للحوثيين في الجوف.
وذكرت منصة «ديفانس لاين» المتخصصة بالشؤون العسكرية والأمنية أن سجاد مطهر، المنحدر من منطقة بني حشيش بمحافظة صنعاء، لقي مقتله قبل أيام في محافظة الجوف، إثر هجمات بطائرات مسيّرة نفذتها القوات اليمنية على المحافظة.
وكانت المليشيا قد أقرت الأسبوع الماضي بمقتل القيادي الميداني حسين الهطفي، الذي كان يتولى قيادة الحراسة الخاصة لعبدالخالق الحوثي، شقيق زعيم المليشيا الإرهابية عبدالملك الحوثي، في غارة استهدفت مواقع حوثية بمحور صعدة.
More than 14 Houthi militants were killed, including field leaders, and 19 others were injured in strikes by the Yemeni armed forces on the western coast.
The media of the National Resistance affiliated with the Yemeni armed forces confirmed that artillery and drone strikes targeted military sites and positions of the militia south of Hodeidah, resulting in a number of militia members and leaders being killed or injured.
The military media reported that the strikes targeted command and control centers and armed gatherings of the so-called "10th Brigade Quds," led by the individual known as Abu al-Az Rima, and also accurately targeted advanced positions of the militia.
The military media stated that among the dead Houthis was the personnel affairs officer and the cultural officer in the targeted brigade, presenting video footage documenting part of the strikes that targeted militia sites and gatherings in southern Hodeidah.
This coincided with confirmations published by Yemeni media outlets regarding the death of Houthi leader Sajjad Mutaher, appointed with the rank of general and responsible for armament and military supplies in the sixth military region affiliated with the militia, following a drone strike by the Yemeni armed forces that targeted Houthi positions in Al-Jawf.
The "Defense Line" platform, specialized in military and security affairs, reported that Sajjad Mutaher, originally from the Bani Hashish area in Sana'a Governorate, was killed a few days ago in Al-Jawf Governorate due to drone attacks carried out by Yemeni forces on the governorate.
Last week, the militia acknowledged the death of field leader Hussein Al-Hatfi, who was in charge of the personal guard of Abdulkhaliq Al-Houthi, the brother of the terrorist militia leader Abdulmalik Al-Houthi, in a strike that targeted Houthi sites in the Saada axis.
