ارتفعت حظوظ الهلال في التأهل إلى بطولة نهائي كأس العالم للأندية 2025، التي تُقام في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، بعد فوزه على مانشستر سيتي في دور الـ16.
وحقق الهلال فوزا تاريخيا على مانشستر سيتي الإنجليزي بنتيجة 4-3، ليضرب موعدا مع فلومينينسي البرازيلي في الدور ربع النهائي، يوم الجمعة القادم.
وبحسب تحليلات حاسوب «أوبتا»، جاء الهلال في المركز السادس ضمن قائمة الفرق المرشحة للفوز باللقب، خلف كل من تشيلسي، باريس سان جيرمان، ريال مدريد، بايرن ميونخ، بوروسيا دورتموند، في حين حلّ بالميراس في المركز السابع، وفلومينينسي في المركز الأخير.
وأظهرت الإحصائيات أن نسبة تأهل الهلال إلى نصف النهائي تبلغ 59.8%، وإلى النهائي 18.9%، بينما تُقدّر فرصة تتويجه باللقب بـ4.3%.
وتصدّر تشيلسي قائمة المرشحين للفوز بالبطولة بنسبة 26.8% بعد انتهاء مباريات ربع النهائي، يليه باريس سان جيرمان بـ24.9%، ثم ريال مدريد بنسبة 16.9%.
