علمت مصادر «عكاظ» الخاصة أن اللاعب علي لاجامي، لم يجد أي تجاوب من إدارة ناديه النصر مع مطالبه لتجديد عقده مع الفريق لمدة أربع سنوات، إذ فوجئ بتخفيض قيمة عقده 25%، وأنه ليس من أولويات النادي في الموسم القادم. ورغم ذلك منح لاجامي فرصة لأصحاب القرار لإعادة النظر في العرض المقدم والجلوس على طاولة المفاوضات وإيجاد حلول ليستمر داخل البيت النصراوي، إلا أنه لم يجد أي اهتمام، وفضل التوقيع لنادي الهلال في صفقة انتقال حرّ بعد انتهاء عقده مع «العالمي».
وعلمت «عكاظ» أن لاجامي سيحصل على مبلغ 70 مليوناً طوال مدة العقد الممتدة أربع سنوات، وسيكون ضمن قائمة الفريق في مونديال الأندية.
يُذكر أن الهلال أعلن تعاقده مع علي لاجامي عبر حسابه الرسمي في منصة التواصل الاجتماعي «X»، وأكد ضم لاجامي كأُولى صفقات الفريق استعداداً لـ«الميركاتو» الصيفي.
وكان لاجامي قد دخل الفترة الحرّة منذ بداية الشهر الجاري، ما منحه الحرية في التفاوض مع أي نادٍ دون الحاجة إلى موافقة إدارة ناديه السابق، مفضلاً عرض الهلال والدفاع عن ألوان «الزعيم»، على عرض الأهلي الذي طلب ودّه بشكل رسمي.
ويُعتبر المدافع علي لاجامي (29 عاماً) أبرز المدافعين في دوري روشن، ويمتلك خبرات كبيرة جمعها خلال مسيرته التي بدأت مع الخليج، ثم الفتح، قبل أن ينضم إلى النصر في صيف 2020، وقدّم مستويات مميزة مع الفريق العاصمي.
