Zinedine Zidane began his mission with the French national team by implementing a series of changes, the most notable of which was putting an end to one of the scenes that had been associated with the arrival of the "Les Bleus" players at the national team's camp in recent years.
This comes before the start of Zidane's first gathering with the French national team, as he decided to prevent journalists from attending the arrival of players at the national team's headquarters in Clairefontaine, according to a report broadcast by the "RT" website.
The arrival of the French players in Clairefontaine has turned into a prominent media scene in recent years, as photographers' lenses followed the players and highlighted their outfits and various appearances, to the extent that it earned the description of a "fashion show" due to the striking clothing some stars showcased.
According to the new arrangements, cameras from the French Football Federation will capture the players' arrivals, and the images and clips will be provided to the media later instead of allowing journalists and photographers to be present at the location during the arrival of the team members.
The change is not limited to the players' arrivals, as the new coaching staff aims to have greater control over media appearances during the initial days of the gathering, so that no individual interviews with players will take place, while the usual daily press conferences will continue.
It is also expected that mixed zones will appear after training sessions, allowing journalists to approach players and talk to them, but within a more organized framework than before.
Zidane officially starts his mission with the French national team by facing Turkey on September 25 in the UEFA Nations League, followed by a match against Belgium on the 28th of the same month, then Italy on October 2, and Belgium again on the 5th of the same month.
