شهد النزاع القضائي المحتدم بين المستشار مرتضى منصور والإعلامي عمرو أديب تطوراً قانونياً لافتاً، بعدما قررت محكمة جنح مستأنف عابدين التنحي عن نظر دعوى السب والقذف المُقامة ضد مقدم برنامج «الحكاية»، وإحالتها بالكامل إلى محكمة جنح مستأنف الموسكي.
يعيد هذا التحول فتح ملف القضية التي قطعت رحلة طويلة من التنقل بين أروقة القضاء المصري، إذ بدأت أولى محطاتها في محكمة العجوزة التي قضت بعدم اختصاصها، ليتحول الملف إلى دائرة عابدين بناءً على مستندات أثبتت إقامة عمرو أديب داخل نطاقها الجغرافي، قبل تنحي القاضي بداعي «استشعار الحرج».
وكانت المحكمة قد حددت سابقاً موعداً للنطق بالحكم عقب استماعها لمرافعات هيئة الدفاع في البلاغ المقدم من رئيس نادي الزمالك الأسبق، والذي اتهم فيه الإعلامي بالتطاول وتوجيه عبارات قذف علنية خلال إحدى حلقات برنامجه المذاع على شاشة «إم بي سي مصر»، لتتجه الأنظار الآن نحو المنصة الجديدة لحسم هذا السجال الإعلامي الممتد.
The ongoing legal dispute between Counselor Mortada Mansour and media figure Amr Adib has witnessed a notable legal development, as the Abdeen Misdemeanor Appeals Court decided to recuse itself from hearing the defamation lawsuit filed against the host of the program "Al-Hekaya," and referred the case entirely to the Muski Misdemeanor Appeals Court.
This shift reopens the file of a case that has traveled a long journey through the corridors of the Egyptian judiciary, starting from its first stop at the Agouza Court, which ruled it had no jurisdiction, leading to the file being transferred to the Abdeen Circuit based on documents proving Amr Adib's residence within its geographical jurisdiction, before the judge recused himself citing "a sense of bias."
The court had previously set a date to announce the ruling after listening to the defense team's arguments in the complaint submitted by the former president of Zamalek Club, who accused the media figure of overstepping and making public defamatory statements during one of the episodes of his program aired on "MBC Masr," shifting attention now to the new platform to resolve this ongoing media dispute.
