أكد رئيس الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم بدر الرزيزاء، لـ«عكاظ»، أن المنتخب الوطني والفئات السنية والمسابقات والأندية تمثل جميعها أولويات أساسية خلال المرحلة القادمة، مشدداً على أن مجلس الإدارة سيعمل على مختلف الملفات بصورة متوازنة، مع تحديد التحديات ومعالجتها وفق حاجات كل ملف.
وقال الرزيزاء، رداً على سؤال «عكاظ» حول الأولوية بين ملفات المنتخب والمسابقات والتحكيم وتطوير المواهب والأندية: «الأولويات الأساسية لدينا هي المنتخب، والفئات السنية، والمسابقات، والأندية بشكل عام، وكلها ملفات يجب أن نركز عليها ونعمل عليها».
وأضاف: «لا توجد أولوية واحدة على حساب أخرى، فجميعها أولويات بالنسبة لنا، وسننظر في التحديات الحالية ونحدد ما يحتاج إلى المعالجة والعمل عليه».
وأكد الرزيزاء أن توجه مجلس الإدارة القادم يقوم على دعم وتطوير منظومة كرة القدم السعودية والبناء على العمل القائم، وليس التغيير لمجرد التغيير، موضحاً أن ما يحتاج إلى تحسين سيتم العمل على تطويره، وما يستوجب التغيير سيخضع للتقييم وفق المصلحة ومتطلبات المرحلة.
مجلس الإدارة جهة إشرافية ورقابية
وحول تشكيل مجلس الإدارة وطبيعة الأدوار التي سيضطلع بها أعضاؤه، شدد الرزيزاء على أن مجلس الإدارة يمثل الجهة الإشرافية والرقابية على الجهاز التنفيذي، وليس جهة تتولى الأعمال التنفيذية اليومية.
وقال: «مجلس الإدارة هو الجهة الإشرافية والرقابية على الجهاز التنفيذي. نحن في مجلس الإدارة نرسم سياسة العمل، ونضع خطة العمل، ونراجع الإستراتيجية».
وأشار إلى أن المرحلة القادمة ستشهد مراجعة إستراتيجية العمل القائمة منذ عام 2021، والنظر في توجهاتها بما يتناسب مع متطلبات المرحلة القادمة والتطور الذي تشهده كرة القدم السعودية.
وأوضح أن تشكيل المجلس وتنوع خبرات أعضائه يأتيان في إطار تحقيق التكامل في أداء الأدوار الإشرافية والرقابية، والاستفادة من الكفاءات المختلفة في رسم السياسات ومتابعة تنفيذ الخطط والإستراتيجيات.
دعم وتمكين لا تغيير لمجرد التغيير
وكشف الرزيزاء أن المجلس سيعمل على دعم وتمكين منظومة العمل والاستفادة من الموجود، مبيناً أن التغيير لن يكون هدفاً في حد ذاته، وإنما سيجري التعامل مع كل ملف وفق الحاجة والمعطيات التي تظهر بعد الاطلاع والتقييم.
ولفت إلى أن الحديث عن التحديات واتخاذ القرارات بشأنها يجب أن يستند إلى معلومات ومعطيات واضحة، خصوصاً أن المرحلة الأولى تتطلب الاطلاع على واقع الملفات وتقييمها قبل تحديد ما تحتاج إليه من تطوير أو معالجة.
الإعلام الرياضي جزء من المشروع
وتطرق الرزيزاء إلى دور الإعلام الرياضي، مؤكداً أنه جزء من مشروع تطوير كرة القدم السعودية، وأن النقد يمثل عنصراً مهماً عندما يكون مبنياً على معلومات صحيحة ومعطيات واضحة، مشيراً إلى أن بعض الانتقادات الرياضية تكون في محلها، بينما قد تفتقد انتقادات أخرى إلى المعلومات المكتملة أو الدراسة الدقيقة، مؤكداً أهمية تعزيز الشفافية والتواصل وتوفير المعلومة الصحيحة.
وشدد رئيس الاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم على أن تطوير كرة القدم السعودية مشروع متكامل، يتطلب تضافر جهود جميع مكونات المنظومة، وأن مجلس الإدارة سيضطلع بدوره في رسم السياسات والخطط ومراجعة الإستراتيجية والرقابة على الجهاز التنفيذي، بما يخدم المنتخبات والفئات السنية والمسابقات والأندية ومستقبل كرة القدم السعودية.
The President of the Saudi Football Federation, Badr Al-Raziza, confirmed to "Okaz" that the national team, youth categories, competitions, and clubs all represent fundamental priorities during the upcoming phase, emphasizing that the Board of Directors will work on various files in a balanced manner, identifying challenges and addressing them according to the needs of each file.
Al-Raziza said, in response to a question from "Okaz" regarding the priority between the files of the national team, competitions, refereeing, talent development, and clubs: "Our main priorities are the national team, youth categories, competitions, and clubs in general, and all of these files must be our focus and we must work on them."
He added: "There is no single priority at the expense of another; all of them are priorities for us, and we will look into the current challenges and determine what needs to be addressed and worked on."
Al-Raziza confirmed that the upcoming direction of the Board of Directors is based on supporting and developing the Saudi football system and building on the existing work, rather than changing for the sake of change, clarifying that what needs improvement will be developed, and what requires change will be evaluated according to the interests and requirements of the phase.
The Board of Directors is a Supervisory and Regulatory Body
Regarding the formation of the Board of Directors and the nature of the roles its members will undertake, Al-Raziza emphasized that the Board represents the supervisory and regulatory body over the executive apparatus, and is not responsible for daily executive tasks.
He said: "The Board of Directors is the supervisory and regulatory body over the executive apparatus. We in the Board of Directors set the work policy, develop the work plan, and review the strategy."
He pointed out that the upcoming phase will witness a review of the work strategy established since 2021, and an examination of its directions in line with the requirements of the upcoming phase and the developments in Saudi football.
He explained that the formation of the council and the diverse experiences of its members come within the framework of achieving integration in the performance of supervisory and regulatory roles, and benefiting from different competencies in shaping policies and monitoring the implementation of plans and strategies.
Support and Empowerment, Not Change for the Sake of Change
Al-Raziza revealed that the council will work on supporting and empowering the work system and benefiting from what exists, indicating that change will not be an end in itself, but rather each file will be addressed according to the needs and data that emerge after review and evaluation.
He noted that discussions about challenges and decision-making regarding them should be based on clear information and data, especially since the first phase requires an understanding of the reality of the files and their evaluation before determining what they need in terms of development or intervention.
Sports Media is Part of the Project
Al-Raziza touched on the role of sports media, confirming that it is part of the project to develop Saudi football, and that criticism is an important element when based on correct information and clear data, pointing out that some sports criticisms are valid, while others may lack complete information or accurate study, emphasizing the importance of enhancing transparency, communication, and providing correct information.
The President of the Saudi Football Federation stressed that developing Saudi football is a comprehensive project that requires the concerted efforts of all components of the system, and that the Board of Directors will fulfill its role in shaping policies and plans, reviewing the strategy, and overseeing the executive apparatus, in a manner that serves the national teams, youth categories, competitions, clubs, and the future of Saudi football.
