أعلن النادي الأهلي المصري، اليوم (الأربعاء)، تجديد عقد لاعب وسط الفريق الأول لكرة القدم إمام عاشور، بعد جدل حول مستقبله مع القلعة الحمراء.
وكان الأهلي قد رفض في وقت سابق عرضاً من كونيا سبور التركي لضم إمام عاشور مقابل 4.5 مليون يورو، كما ارتبط اسم اللاعب باحتمالية الانتقال إلى الاتحاد خلال الميركاتو الصيفي الحالي.
عقد حتى 2030
وذكر الأهلي، في بيان عبر موقعه الرسمي، أن إمام عاشور مدّد عقده مع النادي حتى 2030، وذلك خلال جلسة جمعته برئيس قطاع التعاقدات عصام سراج الدين، الذي أنهى جميع الإجراءات الإدارية والمالية بالتنسيق مع مدير الكرة وائل جمعة.
خلال الجلسة أكد اللاعب امتنانه الكامل للأهلي وجماهيره الكبيرة ورغبته في استكمال مسيرته مع النادي خلال السنوات القادمة.

وخاض إمام عاشور 19 مباراة بقميص الأهلي في مختلف المسابقات خلال الموسم الماضي 2025-2026، سجل خلالها هدفين، وقدم ست تمريرات حاسمة.

وخطف إمام عاشور الأضواء بتألقه مع منتخب مصر في كأس العالم 2026، إذ سجل هدفين خلال البطولة، أمام بلجيكا في المباراة الافتتاحية، وفي شباك أستراليا بدور الـ32.
The Egyptian Al Ahly Club announced today (Wednesday) the renewal of the contract for first-team midfielder Imam Ashour, following speculation about his future with the Red Castle.
Previously, Al Ahly had rejected an offer from Turkish club Konyaspor to acquire Imam Ashour for 4.5 million euros, and the player's name has been linked with a potential transfer to Ittihad during the current summer transfer window.
Contract until 2030
Al Ahly stated in a statement on its official website that Imam Ashour extended his contract with the club until 2030, during a meeting with the head of the contracts sector, Essam Sarag, who completed all administrative and financial procedures in coordination with the football director Wael Gomaa.
During the meeting, the player expressed his complete gratitude to Al Ahly and its large fan base, as well as his desire to continue his journey with the club in the coming years.

Imam Ashour played 19 matches for Al Ahly in various competitions during the last season 2025-2026, scoring two goals and providing six assists.
