كشف مصدر رفيع أن الولايات المتحدة عرضت على إيران رفع العقوبات والحصار البحري المفروض على المواني، مقابل فتح مضيق هرمز ووقف هجمات الوكلاء.
ونقلت قناتي "العربية"/"الحدث" ، اليوم الثلاثاء، عن المصادر أن قائد الجيش الباكستاني عاصم منير ، حمل عرضاً لإيران بوقف الحصار ورفع العقوبات بموجب مذكرة التفاهم. وأفادت بأن أمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني اللواء محسن رضائي أبلغ منير أن طهران ستواصل مشاوراتها داخلياً وتقدم ردها قريباً.
وكتب مساعد شؤون الاتصالات والإعلام في مكتب الرئيس الإيراني مهدي طباطبائي، على منصة إكس: "خلافاً لبعض التكهنات الإعلامية غير الصحيحة، كانت زيارة المشير عاصم منير، قائد جيش باكستان الصديقة، إلى إيران مثمرة للغاية وحافلة بإنجازات دبلوماسية بالغة القيمة، وستتضح نتائجها قريباً.
واختتم قائد الجيش الباكستاني ووزير الداخلية محسن نقوي، زيارة استغرقت يوماً واحداً إلى إيران، كجزء من الجهود الدبلوماسية الباكستانية لإنهاء الجمود في الصراع المستمر بين الولايات المتحدة وإيران واستكشاف سبل تحقيق سلام دائم وإنهاء دائم لعدم الاستقرار في المنطقة، وفق ما أفادت وكالة "أسوشيتد برس أوف باكستان" ، الثلاثاء.
فيما نقلت وكالة (إرنا) الإيرانية عن بيان لإدارة العلاقات العامة للجيش الباكستاني صدر فجر الثلاثاء، أن المشير عاصم منير أجرى خلال الزيارة لقاءات رسمية مع الرئيس مسعود بزشكيان، ورئيس مجلس الشورى الإسلامي محمد باقر قاليباف، وأمين المجلس الأعلى للأمن القومي الإيراني اللواء محسن رضائي، ووزير الخارجية عباس عراقجي، ووزير الداخلية إسكندر مؤمني.
وجاء في البيان: أن المحادثات كانت شاملة، وركزت على الإجراءات اللازمة لمنع المزيد من تصعيد التوترات، وإعادة فتح مضيق هرمز، وتسريع إنهاء النزاع. وتبادل الجانبان وجهات النظر بشأن السلام الإقليمي وسبل التوصل إلى تسوية الخلافات عبر الحوار.
وأعلن الجيش الباكستاني أن المسؤولين الإيرانيين أعربوا عن تقديرهم للدور البناء الذي تضطلع به إسلام آباد، ولمساعيها الصادقة لتسهيل الحوار وخفض التصعيد والتوصل إلى حل سلمي للنزاع.
ونقلت إرنا عن الرئيس بزشكيان تأكيده خلال اللقاء مع المشير منير على ضرورة التزام أمريكا بتعهداتها تجاه إيران وفقاً للقانون والمعايير الدولية، وشدد على ضرورة تصحيح أمريكا للهجتها ونهجها في تعاملاتها مع إيران، لأن الاعتماد على البلطجة والغطرسة لن يؤدي إلا إلى تعقيد الإجراءات التنفيذية.
فيما قال قاليباف خلال اللقاء مع قائد الجيش الباكستاني: نتابع تنفيذ شروط مذكرة التفاهم، وعلى الولايات المتحدة الالتزام بتعهداتها بموجب المذكرة.

On Tuesday, the "Al Arabiya"/"Al Hadath" channels reported from sources that the Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan, Asim Munir, carried an offer to Iran to lift the blockade and sanctions under a memorandum of understanding. It was reported that the Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran, General Mohsen Rezaei, informed Munir that Tehran would continue its internal consultations and provide its response soon.
Mahdi Tabatabai, the Assistant for Communications and Media in the Iranian President's Office, wrote on X platform: "Contrary to some incorrect media speculations, the visit of Marshal Asim Munir, the Chief of the Friendly Pakistani Army, to Iran was extremely fruitful and filled with highly valuable diplomatic achievements, and its results will become clear soon.
The Chief of Army Staff of Pakistan and the Interior Minister, Mohsen Naqvi, concluded a one-day visit to Iran as part of Pakistan's diplomatic efforts to end the deadlock in the ongoing conflict between the United States and Iran and to explore ways to achieve lasting peace and a permanent end to instability in the region, according to the Associated Press of Pakistan on Tuesday.
Meanwhile, the Iranian news agency (IRNA) reported a statement from the Public Relations Department of the Pakistani Army issued early Tuesday, indicating that Marshal Asim Munir held official meetings during the visit with President Masoud Bezhakian, Speaker of the Islamic Consultative Assembly Mohammad Baqer Qalibaf, Secretary of the Supreme National Security Council of Iran General Mohsen Rezaei, Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi, and Interior Minister Iskander Mo'meni.
The statement mentioned that the discussions were comprehensive and focused on the necessary measures to prevent further escalation of tensions, reopen the Strait of Hormuz, and expedite the resolution of the conflict. The two sides exchanged views on regional peace and ways to resolve disputes through dialogue.
The Pakistani Army announced that the Iranian officials expressed their appreciation for the constructive role played by Islamabad and its sincere efforts to facilitate dialogue, reduce escalation, and reach a peaceful resolution to the conflict.
IRNA quoted President Bezhakian as confirming during the meeting with Marshal Munir the necessity for the United States to adhere to its commitments towards Iran in accordance with international law and standards, emphasizing the need for the U.S. to correct its tone and approach in its dealings with Iran, as reliance on bullying and arrogance will only complicate the implementation procedures.
Meanwhile, Qalibaf stated during the meeting with the Chief of the Pakistani Army: "We are following up on the implementation of the conditions of the memorandum of understanding, and the United States must adhere to its commitments under the memorandum."
