أعلنت شركة أرامكو السعودية، اليوم (الإثنين)، التوقيع على اتفاقيات ومذكرة تفاهم بقيمة إجمالية محتملة تتجاوز 3.7 مليار دولار أمريكي مع شركات فرنسية.
ويُتوقع أن تُسهم جهود التعاون المشترك في تعزيز منظومة سلاسل الإمداد في أرامكو السعودية، ورفع مستوى استمرارية الأعمال وكفاءتها، وتطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي الصناعي والتقنيات الرقمية، والإسهام في تحقيق قيمة اقتصادية لكلٍ من المملكة وفرنسا.
وأُعلنت الاتفاقيات ومذكرة التفاهم التي وقعتها أرامكو السعودية وأرامكو الرقمية خلال اجتماع الطاولة المستديرة السعودي - الفرنسي للاستثمار، بحضور رئيس أرامكو السعودية وكبير إدارييها التنفيذيين المهندس أمين الناصر.
وتركّز هذه الشراكات على دعم المشاريع، وتنمية القدرات والإمكانات، ونقل التقنية والابتكار، وتعزيز مرونة سلاسل الإمداد، وتشمل:
- اتفاقية شراء مؤسسية لمعدات الحفر.
- اتفاقية شراء لأنابيب قطاع النفط والغاز.
- مذكرة تفاهم مع أرامكو الرقمية لترسيخ إطار تعاون محتمل في مجال الذكاء الاصطناعي الصناعي، وتقنيات التوأمة الافتراضية/الرقمية، بما في ذلك تطبيقات محتملة في قطاع النفط والغاز.
Saudi Aramco announced today (Monday) the signing of agreements and a memorandum of understanding with a total potential value exceeding 3.7 billion US dollars with French companies.
It is expected that the efforts of joint cooperation will contribute to enhancing the supply chain system at Saudi Aramco, improving the continuity and efficiency of operations, developing industrial artificial intelligence and digital technologies, and contributing to achieving economic value for both the Kingdom and France.
The agreements and memorandum of understanding signed by Saudi Aramco and Aramco Digital were announced during the Saudi-French Investment Roundtable meeting, attended by the President and CEO of Saudi Aramco, Engineer Amin Nasser.
These partnerships focus on supporting projects, developing capabilities and potentials, transferring technology and innovation, and enhancing the resilience of supply chains, and include:
- An institutional purchase agreement for drilling equipment.
- A purchase agreement for oil and gas sector pipes.
- A memorandum of understanding with Aramco Digital to establish a potential cooperation framework in the field of industrial artificial intelligence, and virtual/digital twin technologies, including potential applications in the oil and gas sector.
