أكّد أمير منطقة نجران الأمير جلوي بن عبدالعزيز بن مساعد أهمية أن تواكب برامج وتخصصات التدريب التقني والمهني ما تشهده المنطقة من نمو وتنوع في الفرص التنموية والاقتصادية، وأن تسهم في إعداد وتأهيل أبناء وبنات المنطقة بالمهارات المهنية والتقنية التي تعزز فرصهم في سوق العمل.
جاء ذلك خلال لقائه في مكتبه المدير العام للتدريب التقني والمهني بنجران المهندس محمد بن علي آل زمانان، الذي قدّم تقريراً عن القبول والاستعداد لبداية العام التدريبي 1448، بحضور عددٍ من القيادات الإشرافية بالإدارة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني بالمنطقة.
وشدّد أمير نجران على أهمية الاستفادة من الميز النسبية التي تتمتع بها المنطقة في بناء برامج وتخصصات نوعية، ومتابعة الحاجات التدريبية المرتبطة بالقطاعات الواعدة، بما يحقق التكامل بين التدريب وحاجات التنمية.
واطّلع أمير نجران على أبرز مؤشرات القبول بالمنشآت التدريبية في المنطقة، إذ بلغ إجمالي المتدربين والمتدربات للفصل الأول 6,973 متدرباً ومتدربة، منهم 4,566 مستمراً، فيما بلغت الطاقة الاستيعابية للقبول 2,556 مقعداً تدريبياً، وبلغ عدد المقبولين 2,397 متدرباً ومتدربة.
واستمع أمير نجران إلى شرحٍ عن استعدادات الكليات التقنية والمعاهد الصناعية بمدينة نجران ومحافظات شرورة ويدمة وحبونا، والبرامج والتخصصات التدريبية المقدمة، إلى جانب واقع التدريب الأهلي الذي يضم (31) منشأة، بإجمالي 4,068 متدرباً ومتدربة.
The Prince of Najran, Prince Jalwa bin Abdulaziz bin Musaid, emphasized the importance of aligning technical and vocational training programs and specialties with the growth and diversity of developmental and economic opportunities in the region, and contributing to preparing and qualifying the sons and daughters of the region with the professional and technical skills that enhance their chances in the labor market.
This came during his meeting in his office with the Director General of Technical and Vocational Training in Najran, Engineer Muhammad bin Ali Al-Zamanan, who presented a report on the acceptance and readiness for the start of the training year 1448, in the presence of several supervisory leaders from the General Administration of Technical and Vocational Training in the region.
The Prince of Najran stressed the importance of benefiting from the relative advantages that the region enjoys in building quality programs and specialties, and following up on the training needs related to promising sectors, in order to achieve integration between training and developmental needs.
The Prince of Najran reviewed the main indicators of acceptance in training institutions in the region, where the total number of trainees for the first semester reached 6,973, including 4,566 continuing trainees, while the acceptance capacity was 2,556 training seats, and the number of accepted trainees was 2,397.
The Prince of Najran listened to an explanation about the preparations of the technical colleges and industrial institutes in Najran city and the governorates of Sharurah, Yadmah, and Habuna, the training programs and specialties offered, in addition to the reality of private training, which includes (31) institutions, with a total of 4,068 trainees.
