واصل الأهلي انطلاقته القوية في دوري روشن السعودي للمحترفين، بعدما تغلب على أبها برباعية نظيفة، في المواجهة التي جمعتهما على ملعب الإنماء بمدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية في جدة، ضمن منافسات الجولة الثانية، ليحصد الأهلي العلامة الكاملة ويرفع رصيده إلى 6 نقاط.
وفرض المهاجم الإنجليزي إيفان توني نفسه نجماً للمواجهة، بعدما سجل 3 أهداف «هاتريك»، ليقود الأهلي إلى انتصار عريض ويواصل أرقامه التهديفية المميزة بقميص الفريق.
ووصل توني بثلاثيته أمام أبها إلى الهاتريك السابع بقميص الأهلي، بعدما سبق له تسجيل 6 ثلاثيات، لتتوزع «هاتريكاته» مع الأهلي أمام الهلال، والخليج، والاتفاق، والعربي في كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين، والنجمة، والفتح، وأخيراً أبها.
ولم يقتصر التفوق الأهلاوي على تألق توني، إذ نجح البرتغالي فرانسيسكو ترينكاو في تسجيل أول أهدافه الرسمية بقميص الأهلي، واضعاً بصمته التهديفية الأولى منذ انضمامه إلى صفوف الفريق.
كما قدم الأرميني إدوارد سبيرتسيان مباراة مميزة في صناعة اللعب، وكان حاضراً خلف أهداف الفريق بتمريراته وتحركاته، ليواصل تقديم الإضافة الهجومية منذ بداية مشواره مع الأهلي، ويشكل مع ترينكاو وتوني قوة هجومية لافتة في تشكيلة المدرب الهولندي مارينو بوسيتش.
ويأتي الفوز برباعية في توقيت مهم للأهلي قبل انتقال تركيزه إلى الاستحقاق القادم أمام أوكلاند النيوزيلندي، (الأربعاء) القادم، ضمن منافسات كأس القارات، وسط ارتفاع الجاهزية الفنية والمعنوية للفريق وتألق عناصره الهجومية.
Al-Ahli continued its strong start in the Saudi Pro League, after defeating Abha with a clean four-goal victory in the match held at the Al-Inma Stadium in King Abdullah Sports City in Jeddah, as part of the second round, allowing Al-Ahli to achieve a perfect score and raise its points to 6.
The English striker Ivan Toney established himself as the star of the match, scoring 3 goals (a hat-trick), leading Al-Ahli to a resounding victory and continuing his impressive scoring record with the team.
With his hat-trick against Abha, Toney reached his seventh hat-trick in an Al-Ahli jersey, having previously scored 6 hat-tricks, distributed among matches against Al-Hilal, Al-Khaleej, Al-Ittifaq, Al-Arabi in the King’s Cup, Al-Najma, Al-Fateh, and finally Abha.
Al-Ahli's dominance was not limited to Toney's brilliance, as the Portuguese Francisco Trincão succeeded in scoring his first official goal in an Al-Ahli jersey, marking his first scoring contribution since joining the team.
The Armenian Edward Spertsyan also delivered an outstanding performance in playmaking, being present behind the team's goals with his passes and movements, continuing to provide offensive contributions since the beginning of his journey with Al-Ahli, forming a notable attacking force alongside Trincão and Toney in the lineup of Dutch coach Marino Pusic.
The four-goal victory comes at an important time for Al-Ahli before shifting its focus to the upcoming challenge against New Zealand's Auckland next Wednesday, as part of the Confederations Cup, amidst rising technical and moral readiness for the team and the brilliance of its attacking elements.
