تحولت مشادة بدأت داخل سيارة أجرة في محافظة المنوفية المصرية إلى واقعة أثارت جدلًا واسعًا على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، بعدما انتهت بإصابة محامٍ في أذنه، واتهامات متبادلة بينه وبين سيدة وزوجته، فيما باشرت النيابة العامة التحقيقات للوقوف على حقيقة ما جرى وتحديد المسؤوليات القانونية.
وتعود الواقعة إلى مركز قويسنا بمحافظة المنوفية، حيث تداول مستخدمون على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مقاطع مصورة وصورًا من المشاجرة، أظهرت جانبًا من الاشتباك، بينما تباينت روايات أطراف الواقعة بشأن كيفية بدايتها وتطورها.
الداخلية تكشف بداية الواقعة
وقالت وزارة الداخلية المصرية، في بيان، إن مركز شرطة قويسنا تلقى في 6 أكتوبر بلاغًا بشأن وقوع مشاجرة بين سيدتين مقيمتين بدائرة المركز، بسبب خلاف حول أولوية استقلال إحدى سيارات الأجرة.
وأضافت الوزارة أن المشاجرة شهدت اعتداء إحدى السيدتين على الأخرى بالضرب، ما أسفر عن إصابتها بكدمات وسحجات في الوجه.
وبحسب البيان، اتهم زوج السيدة الثانية، وهو محامٍ، السيدة الأولى بالتعدي عليه بالضرب وإصابته بقطع في الأذن.
وأكدت الداخلية أن جهات التحقيق قررت حبس المشكو في حقها على ذمة التحقيقات في بداية الإجراءات، فيما جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية حيال الواقعة.
رواية المحامي
من جانبه، قال المحامي ويُدعى محمد عزت، في تصريحات صحفية، إن زوجته اتصلت به وطلبت منه الحضور بعدما تعرضت للاعتداء داخل سيارة الأجرة.
وأوضح، بحسب روايته، أنه عندما وصل إلى المكان وجد زوجته مصابة وشعرها «منكوشًا»، فتوجه إلى السيدة وسألها عن سبب الاعتداء عليها، قبل أن تتطور المشادة إلى اشتباك.
وأضاف أن السيدة اعتدت عليه وعضته في أذنه، ما تسبب في إصابته بجرح قطعي، مشيرًا إلى أنه توجه إلى المستشفى لإجراء الفحوص الطبية اللازمة.
وقال المحامي إنه حصل على المصل اللازم بعد تعرضه للعضة، قبل أن يتم تحويله إلى بنها لإجراء جراحة تجميلية، بحسب تصريحاته.
وأشار إلى أن الأطباء لاحظوا آثار الأسنان في موضع الإصابة، مؤكدًا أنه لم يعتد على السيدة، بينما حررت أطراف الواقعة محاضر متبادلة.
ماذا قالت المتهمة؟
في المقابل، قدمت السيدة رواية مختلفة عن تفاصيل المشاجرة، وقالت في تصريحات صحفية، إن الواقعة بدأت داخل الميكروباص، وإن زوجة المحامي كانت تجلس على يدها، قبل أن تنشب بينهما مشادة.
وأضافت أنها عضت زوجة المحامي في يدها «عضة صغيرة»، بحسب وصفها، ثم تطورت المشادة مع المحامي، موضحة أنها تشبثت بظهره في محاولة لاستعادة حقيبتها، وعضته في أذنه.
وأكدت أنها لم تتوقع أن تتطور الواقعة إلى إصابة بهذه الصورة أو تصل إلى هذا المستوى من التصعيد، فيما أفاد التقرير الطبي، بأن المحامي أصيب بجرح قطعي غائر ناجم عن عضة بشرية.
الإفراج عن المتهمة بكفالة
وفي تطور لاحق، أنهت المتهمة اليوم (الخميس) إجراءات خروجها من مركز شرطة قويسنا بعد سداد الكفالة المالية التي تقررت بحقها، وقدرت بـ5 آلاف جنيه، وأكدت شقيقة المتهمة خروج شقيقتها خلال الساعات الأولى من صباح اليوم، عقب استكمال الإجراءات القانونية وسداد مبلغ الكفالة.
A dispute that began inside a taxi in the Egyptian governorate of Menoufia turned into an incident that sparked widespread controversy on social media, after it ended with a lawyer being injured in the ear, and mutual accusations between him, a woman, and his wife, while the public prosecution began investigations to ascertain the truth of what happened and determine legal responsibilities.
The incident dates back to the Quesna Center in Menoufia, where users on social media circulated video clips and photos from the altercation, showing part of the scuffle, while the accounts of the parties involved varied regarding how it started and escalated.
The Interior Ministry Reveals the Start of the Incident
The Egyptian Ministry of Interior stated in a statement that the Quesna Police Station received a report on October 6 regarding a fight between two women residing in the center's jurisdiction, due to a dispute over the priority of boarding one of the taxis.
The ministry added that the altercation involved one of the women physically assaulting the other, resulting in bruises and scratches on her face.
According to the statement, the husband of the second woman, who is a lawyer, accused the first woman of assaulting him and causing a cut in his ear.
The Interior Ministry confirmed that the investigating authorities decided to detain the accused pending investigations at the beginning of the proceedings, while legal actions regarding the incident were taken.
The Lawyer's Account
For his part, the lawyer, named Mohamed Ezzat, stated in press remarks that his wife called him and asked him to come after she was assaulted inside the taxi.
He explained, according to his account, that when he arrived at the location, he found his wife injured and her hair "disheveled," so he approached the woman and asked her about the reason for the assault on his wife, before the dispute escalated into a scuffle.
He added that the woman assaulted him and bit his ear, causing a laceration, noting that he went to the hospital for necessary medical examinations.
The lawyer stated that he received the necessary serum after being bitten, before being transferred to Benha for cosmetic surgery, according to his statements.
He pointed out that the doctors noticed bite marks at the site of the injury, confirming that he did not assault the woman, while the parties involved filed mutual reports.
What Did the Accused Say?
In contrast, the woman provided a different account of the details of the altercation, stating in press remarks that the incident began inside the microbus, and that the lawyer's wife was sitting next to her, before a dispute broke out between them.
She added that she bit the lawyer's wife on the hand "a small bite," as she described it, and then the dispute escalated with the lawyer, explaining that she clung to his back in an attempt to retrieve her bag and bit him on the ear.
She confirmed that she did not expect the incident to escalate to such an injury or reach this level of confrontation, while the medical report indicated that the lawyer sustained a deep laceration caused by a human bite.
Release of the Accused on Bail
In a subsequent development, the accused completed today (Thursday) her release procedures from the Quesna Police Station after paying the financial bail set at 5,000 Egyptian pounds, and the accused's sister confirmed her sister's release during the early hours of the morning, following the completion of legal procedures and the payment of the bail amount.
