أعلن المستشار تركي بن عبدالمحسن آل الشيخ، رئيس مجلس إدارة الهيئة العامة للترفيه (GEA)، عن رعاية موسم الرياض لبطولة كأس السوبر الإسباني 2027، التي تقام فعالياتها في مدينة إسطنبول التركية، وذلك في إطار حضور موسم الرياض المتواصل في أبرز الفعاليات الرياضية العالمية.
وتأتي استضافة إسطنبول لكأس السوبر الإسباني بموجب اتفاقية تجمع الاتحاد الملكي الإسباني لكرة القدم (RFEF) وشركة صلة، بالتعاون مع الاتحاد التركي لكرة القدم. وتقام منافسات البطولة على ملعب أتاتورك الأولمبي، الذي يُعد أحد أبرز الملاعب في تاريخ كرة القدم، حيث استضاف نهائي دوري أبطال أوروبا في نسختي 2005، و2023؛ ليحتضن منافسات نخبة الأندية الإسبانية.
وفي إطار هذا التعاون، ستكون شركة صلة الجهة المشرفة على بطولة كأس السوبر الإسباني في إسطنبول، وتتولى مسؤولية إدارة الحقوق التجارية والتنفيذ التشغيلي للبطولة، بالتعاون مع الاتحادين الملكي الإسباني لكرة القدم، والتركي لكرة القدم، بما يضمن تقديم تجربة عالمية المستوى للأندية واللاعبين والجهات الناقلة والشركاء والجماهير.
وتمثل رعاية موسم الرياض للبطولة امتداداً لدوره في دعم الفعاليات الرياضية الكبرى وتعزيز حضوره الدولي، من خلال شراكات تجمعه بأبرز المؤسسات والبطولات الرياضية العالمية، بما يسهم في الوصول إلى جماهير جديدة وتعزيز حضور موسم الرياض على الساحة العالمية. وسيشارك في البطولة كل من أندية برشلونة، وريال مدريد، وريال سوسيداد، وأتلتيكو مدريد، فيما سيعلن لاحقاً عن جدول المباريات، وآليات طرح التذاكر، إلى جانب البرامج والفعاليات الجماهيرية المصاحبة للبطولة.
Advisor Turki bin Abdul Mohsen Al Sheikh, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the General Entertainment Authority (GEA), announced the sponsorship of the Riyadh Season for the Spanish Super Cup 2027, which will take place in Istanbul, Turkey, as part of the ongoing presence of the Riyadh Season in the most prominent global sports events.
Istanbul's hosting of the Spanish Super Cup comes under an agreement between the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) and the Sela Company, in collaboration with the Turkish Football Federation. The tournament will be held at the Atatürk Olympic Stadium, which is one of the most notable stadiums in football history, having hosted the UEFA Champions League final in 2005 and 2023; it will now host the competitions of the elite Spanish clubs.
As part of this collaboration, Sela Company will be the supervising entity for the Spanish Super Cup in Istanbul, responsible for managing the commercial rights and operational execution of the tournament, in cooperation with both the Royal Spanish Football Federation and the Turkish Football Federation, ensuring a world-class experience for clubs, players, broadcasters, partners, and fans.
The sponsorship of the tournament by the Riyadh Season represents an extension of its role in supporting major sports events and enhancing its international presence, through partnerships with leading institutions and global sports tournaments, contributing to reaching new audiences and strengthening the Riyadh Season's presence on the global stage. The tournament will feature clubs including Barcelona, Real Madrid, Real Sociedad, and Atlético Madrid, while the match schedule, ticketing mechanisms, and accompanying fan programs and events will be announced later.
