استهل الألماني ماتياس يايسله مشواره مع نيوكاسل يونايتد الإنجليزي بفوز مثير على فالنسيا الإسباني بهدفين مقابل هدف، في المباراة الودية التي أقيمت (السبت)، ضمن استعدادات الفريقين للموسم الجديد 2026-2027.
وكان يايسله قد رحل عن تدريب الأهلي الأسبوع الماضي بعد دفع الشرط الجزائي، لقيادة نيوكاسل خلفاً لإيدي هاو.
افتتح فيليب أوغرينيتش التسجيل لفريق فالنسيا بعد خمس دقائق فقط من انطلاق المباراة، لكن يوان ويسا قلب الطاولة لصالح نيوكاسل بتسجيل هدفين في الدقيقتين 52 و76.
ويفتتح نيوكاسل يونايتد مشواره في الموسم الجديد من الدوري الإنجليزي الممتاز (بريميرليغ) بمواجهة قوية أمام ليفربول على ملعب (سانت جيمس بارك)، يوم 23 أغسطس الجاري.
The German Matthias Jaissle began his journey with Newcastle United by achieving a thrilling victory over Valencia with a score of two goals to one, in a friendly match held on Saturday, as part of both teams' preparations for the new season 2026-2027.
Jaissle had left his coaching position at Al Ahly last week after paying the penalty clause, to lead Newcastle following Eddie Howe.
Philippe Ogrinich opened the scoring for Valencia just five minutes into the match, but Yohan Wissa turned the tables in favor of Newcastle by scoring two goals in the 52nd and 76th minutes.
Newcastle United will kick off their new season in the Premier League with a strong match against Liverpool at St. James' Park on August 23rd.
