أعلن نادي مانشستر يونايتد الإنجليزي، أمس (الثلاثاء)، تعاقده مع نجم الوسط البلجيكي يوري تيليمانس، قادماً من صفوف أستون فيلا.
مدة العقد
وقال النادي في بيان عبر موقعه الرسمي: «يسر مانشستر يونايتد أن يؤكد انضمام يوري تيليمانس إلى النادي، رهناً بإتمام عملية التسجيل، ووقع لاعب خط الوسط عقداً يمتد حتى يونيو 2031».

من جانبه، قال يوري تيليمانس: «من الصعب وصف مدى فخري بالانضمام إلى مانشستر يونايتد، التوقيع لنادٍ مميز كهذا شعور لا يُصدق، إنه تتويج لسنوات من التفاني منذ أن وقعت في حب كرة القدم لأول مرة».
وأضاف: «لقد حظيت بشرف تحقيق النجاح في هذه اللعبة، وهذا ما زاد من تصميمي على تحقيق المزيد. طموح الجميع في النادي واضح للغاية؛ فنحن جميعاً عازمون على السعي للفوز بأكبر الألقاب خلال السنوات القادمة».

ويعد تيليمانس ثالث صفقات مانشستر يونايتد خلال فترة الانتقالات الصيفية، بعد أندريه سانتوس من تشيلسي، والحارس كارل دارلو من ليدز يونايتد.

وأحرز تيليمانس هدفين، وقدم سبع تمريرات حاسمة في 35 مباراة خاضها بقميص أستون فيلا في جميع البطولات خلال الموسم الماضي، ليساهم في تتويج «الفيلانز» بلقب الدوري الأوروبي.
English club Manchester United announced yesterday (Tuesday) the signing of Belgian midfielder Youri Tielemans, coming from Aston Villa.
Contract Duration
The club stated in a statement on its official website: “Manchester United is pleased to confirm the signing of Youri Tielemans to the club, pending the completion of the registration process, and the midfielder has signed a contract that extends until June 2031.”
First Comment from Tielemans
For his part, Youri Tielemans said: “It’s hard to describe how proud I am to join Manchester United; signing for such a special club is an incredible feeling, it’s the culmination of years of dedication since I first fell in love with football.”
He added: “I’ve had the honor of achieving success in this game, and that has only increased my determination to achieve more. Everyone’s ambition at the club is very clear; we are all determined to strive for the biggest titles in the coming years.”
Third Signing for Manchester United
Tielemans is the third signing for Manchester United during the summer transfer window, following Andre Santos from Chelsea and goalkeeper Karl Darlow from Leeds United.
Statistics of the Belgian Midfielder
Last season, Tielemans scored two goals and provided seven assists in 35 matches he played for Aston Villa in all competitions, contributing to the "Villains" winning the UEFA Europa League title.
