ومن المقرر أن يتجه الكابتن جمال باجندوح لخوض تجربة جديدة في مسيرته الكروية من خلال التدريب، متمنياً أن يحالفه التوفيق في عالم التدريب، ومواصلة مسيرته في كرة القدم.
وكانت بداية جمال باجندوح الكروية من خلال الأندية الإنجليزية (يمبورن تاون، وبيشلي، وبورنموث)، ومن ثم خوض تجربة احترافية مع نادي فارازدين الكرواتي، وبعد ذلك مع الأندية السعودية (الاتحاد، والشباب، والطائي).
