طالب فريق الدفاع عن «روبينيو جونيور» نادي سانتوس نجل الأسطورة «روبينيو»، باتخاذ أربعة إجراءات في غضون 48 ساعة، وهي فتح تحقيق داخلي في حادثة «الإهانة والاعتداء» من قبل زميله في الفريق النجم نيمار، وتقديم لقطات من التدريبات، وبيان من النادي بشأن الإجراءات المتخذة، وأخيرا تحديد موعد اجتماع لمناقشة إمكانية إنهاء العقد،وفقا لما ذكرته صحيفة «غلوبو» البرازيلية.
ووجه فريق الدفاع 3 تهم ضد نيمار وطالب بعقد اجتماع مع النادي لمناقشة فسخ عقده بسبب «انعدام الحد الأدنى من شروط الأمن» في النادي، وفق التقرير الذي بثه موقع الـ«RT»، حيث وجه «نيمار» إهانات بطريقة مسيئة للاعب البالغ الـ «18» ربيعاً، وصفعه بقوة على وجهه، في مركز تدريبات ري بيليه، وفي خطابه ألمح اللاعب الشاب إلى إمكانية فسخ عقده بسبب ما تعرض له.
