تمكنت الأجهزة الأمنية المصرية، من إلقاء القبض على مدير إحدى المدارس بمحافظة الجيزة، على خلفية اتهامه بالتحرش بإحدى الطالبات داخل مكتبه، وذلك عقب تداول مقطع فيديو عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي يوثق الواقعة.
وكانت منصات التواصل قد شهدت خلال الساعات الماضية انتشار فيديو أثار حالة من الغضب والاستياء بين المستخدمين، حيث ظهر فيه شخص يُزعم أنه مدير مدرسة يقوم بتصرفات غير لائقة مع طالبة داخل مكتبه.
وعلى الفور، باشرت الجهات المختصة فحص المقطع والتأكد من صحته وهوية المتهم.
وبتكثيف التحريات، تم تحديد هوية المشكو في حقه، وتبين مغادرته محافظة الجيزة متوجهًا إلى محافظة سوهاج. وعقب تقنين الإجراءات، نجحت قوة أمنية في ضبطه بمحل اختبائه.
وتم اقتياد المتهم إلى جهة الاختصاص، حيث جرى اتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بحقه، وجارٍ عرضه على النيابة العامة لمباشرة التحقيقات، والتي من المنتظر أن تشمل تفريغ الفيديو، والاستماع لأقوال الطالبة وأسرتها، وكذلك شهود الواقعة.
من جانبها، أكدت مصادر مطلعة أن وزارة التربية والتعليم تتابع الواقعة عن كثب، مشددة على عدم التهاون مع أي سلوكيات تمس سلامة الطلاب أو تخالف القيم التربوية، مع اتخاذ إجراءات إدارية عاجلة بحق المتهم.
وقد أثارت الواقعة موجة واسعة من المطالبات بتشديد الرقابة داخل المدارس، وتفعيل آليات حماية الطلاب، خصوصا في المراحل التعليمية المختلفة، لضمان بيئة تعليمية آمنة.
وكان وزير التربية والتعليم والتعليم الفني محمد عبد اللطيف، وجه بوضع مدرسة «هابي لاند» الخاصة بمحافظة الجيزة تحت الإشراف المالي والإداري، على خلفية واقعة اعتداء جسدي من أحد مسؤولي المدرسة على إحدى الطالبات.
كما كلف إدارة المدرسة بتشكيل لجنة من الوزارة لإدارتها مؤقتًا، مع إحالة جميع المسؤولين للتحقيق بالشؤون القانونية.
وأكد الوزير أن مثل هذه الوقائع تمثل انتهاكًا صارخًا للقيم التربوية والأخلاقية التي تقوم عليها المنظومة التعليمية، مشددًا على أنه لن يتم التهاون معها تحت أي ظرف، وأوضح أن سلامة الطلاب وحمايتهم تأتي على رأس أولويات الوزارة.
The Egyptian security forces managed to arrest the director of a school in Giza Governorate, following accusations of harassment of a student inside his office, after a video documenting the incident circulated on social media.
In recent hours, social media platforms witnessed the spread of a video that sparked anger and outrage among users, as it showed a person alleged to be the school director engaging in inappropriate behavior with a student inside his office.
Immediately, the relevant authorities began examining the footage and verifying its authenticity and the identity of the accused.
By intensifying investigations, the identity of the accused was determined, and it was found that he had left Giza Governorate heading to Sohag Governorate. After legal procedures were taken, a security force succeeded in apprehending him at his hiding place.
The accused was taken to the competent authority, where necessary legal actions were initiated against him, and he is currently being presented to the public prosecution to begin investigations, which are expected to include analyzing the video, hearing the statements of the student and her family, as well as witnesses to the incident.
For its part, informed sources confirmed that the Ministry of Education is closely monitoring the incident, emphasizing that there will be no leniency with any behaviors that affect the safety of students or violate educational values, along with taking urgent administrative measures against the accused.
The incident has sparked widespread calls for increased supervision within schools and the activation of student protection mechanisms, especially in different educational stages, to ensure a safe educational environment.
Minister of Education and Technical Education Mohamed Abdel Latif directed that the "Happy Land" private school in Giza Governorate be placed under financial and administrative supervision, following an incident of physical assault by one of the school officials on a student.
He also tasked the school administration with forming a committee from the ministry to temporarily manage it, while referring all responsible parties for investigation by the legal affairs department.
The minister confirmed that such incidents represent a blatant violation of the educational and moral values upon which the educational system is based, stressing that there will be no leniency with them under any circumstances, and he clarified that the safety and protection of students are the top priorities of the ministry.
