أصدرت لجنة الانضباط والأخلاق بالاتحاد السعودي لكرة القدم أخيراً عقوبات بحق نادي الرياض، أبرزها إلزام النادي بدفع غرامة مالية قدرها 20 ألف ريال سعودي، لعدم تنفيذه قرار مركز التحكيم الرياضي السعودي رقم (26/2) الصادر لصالح نادي الاتفاق، مع منح النادي مهلة 30 يوماً للالتزام بالقرار، بعد ثبوت مخالفة النادي للمادة (90) من لائحة الانضباط والأخلاق لعدم تنفيذ حكم (مركز التحكيم الرياضي) لصالح نادي الاتفاق، في 2021،عندما تم تغريم النادي 7,500 ريال بسبب حصول لاعبي الفريق على سبعة إنذارات في مباراة واحدة، ما اعتبر «عوداً» للمرة الأولى.
The Disciplinary and Ethics Committee of the Saudi Football Federation has recently issued penalties against Al-Riyadh Club, the most notable of which is requiring the club to pay a financial fine of 20,000 Saudi Riyals for failing to implement the decision of the Saudi Sports Arbitration Center No. (26/2) issued in favor of Al-Ettifaq Club, granting the club a 30-day period to comply with the decision, after it was proven that the club violated Article (90) of the Disciplinary and Ethics Regulations for not executing the ruling (of the Sports Arbitration Center) in favor of Al-Ettifaq Club in 2021, when the club was fined 7,500 Riyals due to the players receiving seven yellow cards in a single match, which was considered a "repeat offense" for the first time.
