أعلن المدرب السنغالي أليو سيسيه، اليوم (الأربعاء)، رحيله عن قيادة منتخب ليبيا الأول لكرة القدم.
رسالة وداع عبر إنستغرام
وكتب سيسيه عبر حسابه على موقع «إنستغرام»: «كان شهر مارس الماضي استثنائياً بالنسبة لي فقد شهد آخر تجمع لي كمدرب للمنتخب الليبي لقد كانت مغامرة غنية جداً على الصعيدين المهني والشخصي، ولم يكن بوسعي الرحيل دون أن أوجه لكم كلمة من القلب».
إشادة باللاعبين والجهاز الفني
وأضاف: «إلى الطاقم الفني واللاعبين على الرغم من الصعوبات التي واجهناها فإنني فخور بالعمل الذي أنجزناه معاً وبالنتائج التي حققناها إنني أؤمن كثيراً بهذا المنتخب ولا يساورني أدنى شك في أنكم ستواصلون جهودكم للمضي به قدماً».
رسالة للجماهير الليبية
وختم رسالته قائلاً: «إلى الجماهير الليبية أود أن أشكركم على حفاوة الاستقبال التي غمرتموني بها وعلى حماسكم ودعمكم غير المحدود لن أنساكم أبداً، وأنا أعلم أن فرسان المتوسط سيظلون دائماً قادرين على الاعتماد عليكم.. أتمنى لكم كل التوفيق في المستقبل».
سبب الرحيل
ولم يكشف أليو سيسيه، الذي تولى المهمة في مارس 2025، سبب رحيله قبل انتهاء عقده الممتد حتى 2027 إلا أن تقارير صحفية ذكرت أن تأخر مستحقاته المالية لدى الاتحاد الليبي لكرة القدم وراء قراره بالرحيل.

Farewell message on Instagram
Cissé wrote on his Instagram account: “Last March was exceptional for me as it marked my last gathering as the coach of the Libyan national team. It has been a very rich adventure both professionally and personally, and I could not leave without addressing you with a word from the heart.”
Praise for the players and coaching staff
He added: “To the coaching staff and players, despite the difficulties we faced, I am proud of the work we accomplished together and the results we achieved. I have great faith in this team, and I have no doubt that you will continue your efforts to move it forward.”
Message to the Libyan fans
He concluded his message by saying: “To the Libyan fans, I would like to thank you for the warm welcome you have given me and for your enthusiasm and unlimited support. I will never forget you, and I know that the Mediterranean Knights will always be able to rely on you. I wish you all the best in the future.”
Reason for departure
Aliou Cissé, who took over the role in March 2025, did not disclose the reason for his departure before the end of his contract, which runs until 2027. However, media reports indicated that the delay in receiving his financial dues from the Libyan Football Federation was behind his decision to leave.
