علمت مصادر «عكاظ» أن أندية الصندوق الأربعة تسابق الزمن لاستيفاء شروط الحصول على شهادة الكفاءة المالية للفترة الأولى للموسم الرياضي 2027-2026 لأندية دوري روشن السعودي، ودوري يلو لأندية الدرجة الأولى، إذ تسعى لإغلاق كافة القضايا المالية التي صدرت بها أحكام من غرفة فض المنازعات.
وحددت وزارة الرياضة (الثلاثاء) 5 مايو 2026 آخر موعد لاستقبال المطالبات ضد الأندية الرياضية، واشترطت توفير جميع الالتزامات المالية الخاصة بأنشطة الرياضات المختلفة ورواتب موظفي النادي والقضايا التي صدر فيها أحكام نهائية حتى تاريخ 30/ 4/ 2026 إضافة إلى القضايا المنظورة في تلك الفترة وصدرت فيها أحكام نهائية حتى 30/ 6/ 2026، ويُستثنى من ذلك نشاط كرة القدم.
في حال عدم تسديد الالتزامات، يُحرم النادي من شهادة الكفاءة المالية، ويترتب على ذلك حرمانه من دعم مبادرة الحوكمة للربع الذي يلي فترة الحصول على شهادة الكفاءة المالية.
Sources informed "Okaz" that the four clubs of the fund are racing against time to meet the requirements for obtaining the financial efficiency certificate for the first period of the 2027-2026 sports season for the clubs of the Saudi Roshan League and the Yelo League for first division clubs. They are working to resolve all financial issues that have been ruled upon by the Dispute Resolution Chamber.
The Ministry of Sports has set Tuesday, May 5, 2026, as the final deadline for receiving claims against sports clubs. It has stipulated the provision of all financial obligations related to various sports activities, salaries of club employees, and cases that have received final rulings up to the date of 30/4/2026, in addition to cases being considered during that period that have received final rulings by 30/6/2026, with the exception of football activities.
If the obligations are not settled, the club will be deprived of the financial efficiency certificate, which will result in its exclusion from the governance initiative support for the quarter following the period of obtaining the financial efficiency certificate.
