سطر ممثل الوطن (الاتحاد) أجمل الفنون الكروية وأحلى اللمحات الفنية على المستطيل الأخضر متفوقاً على مستضيفه السد القطري بأربعة أهداف لهدف، في اللقاء الذي جمع بينهما على استاد جاسم بن حمد في الدوحة، ضمن الجولة الثامنة (الأخيرة) من منافسات منطقة الغرب في دوري أبطال آسيا للنخبة 2025-2026.
وسجل حسام عوار (د:10) ويوسف النصيري (د:18) ولاعب السد بيدرو ميغيل - خطأ في مرمى فريقه (د:33) وستيفان كيلر (د:63) أهداف الاتحاد، في حين أحرز رافا موخيكا (د:38) هدف السد.
شهد اللقاء بداية قوية من الفريقين وتمكن مهاجم السد روبيرتو فيرمينو من هز الشباك الاتحادية مبكراً لكن راية التسلل كانت حاضرة، لينتفض نجوم الاتحاد ويسيطرون على مجريات اللقاء طولاً وعرضاً، وانطلق مهند الشنقيطي من الجهة اليمنى قبل أن يعكس كرة عرضية نحو القائم القريب فشل المدافع في تشتيتها، لتصل أمام حسام عوار الذي سددها بدوره قوية بيمناه استقرت في أعلى الزاوية اليمنى في المرمى (د:10).
واصل الاتحاد سيطرته على مجريات المباراة وضاعف تقدمه بالهدف الثاني، إثر تمريرة بينية عالية مُتقنة أرسلها دومبيا من وسط الملعب خلف المدافعين، وصلت إلى المهاجم المغربي يوسف النصيري الذي هيأها لنفسه قبل أن ينفرد بالمرمى ويسدد الكرة بيسراه من بين قدمي الحارس برشم داخل الشباك (د:18).
ونجح الاتحاد في تعزيز تفوقه بالهدف الثالث (د:33) بعد أن عكس ماريو ميتاج كرة عرضية من الجانب الأيسر نحو القائم القريب حاول المدافع القطري بيدرو ميغيل إبعاد الكرة إلا أنها استقرت على يمين الحارس في المرمى.
وتمكن السد القطري من تقليص الفارق بعد أن سدد فيرمينيو كرة أرضية قوية من الجانب الأيسر للمنطقة، قبل أن يُغير موخيكا اتجاه الكرة بقدمه اليمنى لتخادع الحارس رايكوفيتش وتستقر في الزاوية اليسرى داخل المرمى (د:38).
وفي الشوط الثاني واصل الاتحاد سيطرته وتمكن من تعزيز تفوقه بالهدف الرابع (د:63) إثر كرة عالية أرسلها عوار من ركلة حرة مباشرة من خارج الجانب الأيسر للمنطقة نحو القائم البعيد، حوّلها حسن قادش برأسه نحو وسط المنطقة، قبل أن يُسددها المدافع المتقدم ستيفان كيلر قوية بيمناه، وحاول بوعلام خوخي إبعاد الكرة إلا أنها تجاوزت خط المرمى، لينتهي اللقاء بفوز الاتحاد بنتيجة أربعة أهداف لهدف.
وبهذه النتيجة يحقق الاتحاد فوزه الخامس ويصل للنقطة 15 محتلاً المركز الرابع ويضرب موعداً مع الوحدة الإماراتي في دور الـ16، فيما تلقى السد الخسارة الرابعة وتجمد رصيده عند 8 نقاط في المركز الثامن، ويضرب موعداً مع ممثل الوطن الآخر (الهلال) متصدر دور المجموعات في دور الـ16.
The representative of the nation (Al-Ittihad) showcased the most beautiful football arts and the finest technical moments on the green rectangle, surpassing its host, Qatari Al-Sadd, with a score of four goals to one, in the match that took place at Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha, during the eighth (final) round of the Western Zone competitions in the 2025-2026 AFC Champions League.
Hossam Aouar (10'), Youssef En-Nesyri (18'), Al-Sadd's Pedro Miguel - an own goal (33'), and Stefan Keller (63') scored the goals for Al-Ittihad, while Rafa Mujica (38') scored Al-Sadd's goal.
The match witnessed a strong start from both teams, and Al-Sadd's striker Roberto Firmino managed to shake the Al-Ittihad net early, but the offside flag was raised. The stars of Al-Ittihad then sprang into action, dominating the proceedings throughout the match. Muhannad Al-Shanqeeti surged down the right side before delivering a cross towards the near post that the defender failed to clear, allowing Hossam Aouar to strike it powerfully with his right foot into the top right corner of the net (10').
Al-Ittihad continued to control the flow of the game and doubled their lead with the second goal, following a precise high through ball sent by Doumbia from midfield behind the defenders, reaching Moroccan striker Youssef En-Nesyri, who set it up for himself before breaking away and shooting with his left foot between the goalkeeper's legs into the net (18').
Al-Ittihad succeeded in enhancing their lead with the third goal (33') after Mario Mitag delivered a cross from the left side towards the near post. Qatari defender Pedro Miguel attempted to clear the ball, but it settled to the right of the goalkeeper in the net.
Al-Sadd managed to reduce the deficit after Firmino struck a powerful ground shot from the left side of the area, before Mujica redirected the ball with his right foot, deceiving goalkeeper Raikovic and settling into the left corner of the net (38').
In the second half, Al-Ittihad continued its dominance and managed to extend its lead with the fourth goal (63') following a high ball sent by Aouar from a direct free kick from the left side of the area towards the far post. Hassan Qadash headed it towards the center of the area, before advancing defender Stefan Keller struck it powerfully with his right foot. Boualem Khoukhi attempted to clear the ball, but it crossed the goal line, ending the match with Al-Ittihad winning by four goals to one.
With this result, Al-Ittihad achieves its fifth victory, reaching 15 points and occupying fourth place, setting up a date with UAE's Al-Wahda in the Round of 16, while Al-Sadd suffers its fourth loss, remaining at 8 points in eighth place, and will face the other national representative (Al-Hilal), the group stage leader, in the Round of 16.
