توّج رئيس الاتحاد السعودي للفروسية الأمير عبدالله بن فهد بن عبدالله، الفارس خالد المبطي، بلقب شوط الجائزة الكبرى لفئة الخمس نجوم، وذلك في ختام النسخة الخامسة من بطولة «قفز السعودية» لقفز الحواجز، التي نظمها الاتحاد بمقر قفز السعودية في الجنادرية، بجوائز مالية تتجاوز الـ (5) ملايين ريال، وبمشاركة (193) فارسًا وفارسة من (19) دولة.
وحسم الفارس السعودي اللقب بنيله صدارة الشوط البالغ ارتفاع حواجزه (1.55 متر) بعد أن أنهاه بزمن (41.67 ثانية).
وتوج الرئيس التنفيذي والأمين العام للجنة الأولمبية والبارالمبية السعودية عبدالعزيز باعشن، الفارس عبدالرحمن الراجحي بالمركز الثاني بعد أن أنهى الشوط بزمن (42.38 ثانية)، فيما توج وكيل وزارة الرياضة لشؤون الرياضة والشباب عبدالعزيز المسعد الفارس الألماني كريستوفر كليزنر بالمركز الثالث بعد أن أنهى الشوط بزمن (42.87 ثانية).
ويمثل شوط الجائزة الكبرى ذروة التنافس الرياضي في البطولة، ويمنح الفارس البطل نقاطًا تصنيفية حاسمة، ويُعدُّ جولة رسمية ومعتمدة ضمن الدوري العربي للفروسية المؤهل لنهائيات كأس العالم لقفز الحواجز والترويض 2026 في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، فيما تبلغ قيمة جائزته 105.5 ألف يورو.
وظفرت الفارسة الكندية ليلى اليوت بلقب «حاجز الجوكر» ثاني أشواط فئة الخمس نجوم في اليوم الختامي، بارتفاع (1.50 متر)، وبتوقيت بلغ (53.07 ثانية)، فيما نالت الفارسة الإسبانية بيلار لوكريسيا كوردون المركز الثاني بتوقيت بلغ (54.06 ثانية)، وجاء في المركز الثالث الفارس الإيطالي روبرتو بريفاتيلي بتوقيت بلغ (55.01 ثانية).
The President of the Saudi Equestrian Federation, Prince Abdullah bin Fahd bin Abdullah, crowned the rider Khalid Al-Mubti with the title of the Grand Prix class of five stars, at the conclusion of the fifth edition of the "Saudi Jumping" show jumping championship, which was organized by the federation at the Saudi Jumping headquarters in Janadriyah, with cash prizes exceeding (5) million riyals, and with the participation of (193) riders from (19) countries.
The Saudi rider secured the title by finishing first in the round with a height of (1.55 meters) after completing it in a time of (41.67 seconds).
The CEO and Secretary-General of the Saudi Olympic and Paralympic Committee, Abdulaziz Baashan, awarded the second place to rider Abdulrahman Al-Rajhi after he completed the round in a time of (42.38 seconds), while the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Sports for Sports and Youth, Abdulaziz Al-Mas'ad, awarded the German rider Christopher Kliesner the third place after he finished the round in a time of (42.87 seconds).
The Grand Prix round represents the peak of competitive sports in the championship, granting the champion rider crucial ranking points, and it is considered an official and accredited round within the Arab Equestrian League qualifying for the World Cup finals in show jumping and dressage 2026 in the United States of America, with a prize value of 105.5 thousand euros.
The Canadian rider Leila Elliott won the title of "Joker Jump," the second round of the five-star category on the final day, with a height of (1.50 meters), and a time of (53.07 seconds), while the Spanish rider Pilar Lucrecia Cordon took second place with a time of (54.06 seconds), and the Italian rider Roberto Privitelli came in third place with a time of (55.01 seconds).
