أتاح مشروع نظام الرياضة اعتماد إعفاءات جمركية وضريبية مرتبطة بالأنشطة الرياضية، عقب التنسيق مع الجهات المالية والتنظيمية ذات العلاقة، في خطوة تستهدف رفع كفاءة الأندية والشركات الرياضية وتقليل الأعباء التشغيلية عليها. وتشمل الإعفاءات المعدات والمنشآت والتجهيزات المرتبطة بالنشاط الرياضي، بما يسهم في دعم خطط التوسع وتحسين المخرجات الفنية والإدارية.
ويأتي ذلك ضمن مواد ولائحة نظام الرياضة الجديد، الذي يُعدّ أكبر إعادة هيكلة تشريعية وتنظيمية يشهدها القطاع منذ تأسيسه، والذي حصلت «عكاظ» على نسخة منه. ويُنتظر أن تُحدث هذه المواد تحولًا واسعًا في البيئة المالية للقطاع، من خلال منح الكيانات الرياضية حوافز اقتصادية تساعدها على تطوير مواردها وتنمية قدراتها الاستثمارية.
كما يتجه النظام إلى اعتماد حوافز إضافية تُعزز جاذبية القطاع للمستثمرين، وتمكّن الأندية والشركات من تنويع مصادر دخلها وتوسيع أنشطتها. وتُرفع الإعفاءات والحوافز المقترحة لاعتمادها وفق الإجراءات النظامية، بما يضمن اتساقها مع السياسات المالية للدولة، وإرساء منظومة تشريعية تمنح الرياضة دورًا اقتصاديًا أكبر ضمن مستهدفات رؤية 2030.
The sports system project has allowed for the approval of customs and tax exemptions related to sports activities, following coordination with the relevant financial and regulatory authorities. This step aims to enhance the efficiency of clubs and sports companies and reduce their operational burdens. The exemptions include equipment, facilities, and supplies related to sports activities, contributing to supporting expansion plans and improving technical and administrative outputs.
This comes as part of the provisions and regulations of the new sports system, which represents the largest legislative and regulatory restructuring the sector has seen since its establishment, of which "Okaz" has obtained a copy. These provisions are expected to bring about a significant transformation in the financial environment of the sector by providing sports entities with economic incentives that help them develop their resources and enhance their investment capabilities.
The system also aims to adopt additional incentives that enhance the sector's attractiveness to investors, enabling clubs and companies to diversify their income sources and expand their activities. The proposed exemptions and incentives will be submitted for approval according to regulatory procedures, ensuring their consistency with the state's financial policies and establishing a legislative framework that grants sports a greater economic role within the objectives of Vision 2030.
