علمت «عكاظ» من مصادرها الخاصة عن تقدم أربعة مستثمرين (3 سعوديين وأجنبي) للاستحواذ على نادي الأخدود، ضمن المرحلة الثانية من مشروع الاستثمار والتخصيص للأندية السعودية.
ويأتي قرب استحواذ أحد المستثمرين على نادي الأخدود الذي يشارك حالياً في دوري روشن في ظل تحقيق نتائج متواضعة وضمن أندية المؤخرة في سلم الدوري، وهو ما يساعد مجلس الإدارة على تحقيق أفضل النتائج على أمل البقاء بين الكبار ممثلاً قوياً لمنطقة نجران.
وتترقب جماهير الأخدود التي غالباً ما تسجل حالة من الغضب على نتائج الفريق انفراجة من خلال استحواذ أحد المستثمرين على ناديهم وبما يساهم في تحسين النتائج والابتعاد عن دوامة شبح الهبوط للموسم الثالث على التوالي، من خلال التعاقد مع لاعبين أكفاء في مختلف المراكز وبما يعالج أوجه الخلل التي كانت سبباً في نزيف نقطي في كثير من المباريات السهلة التي كان يفترض الحصول على نقاطها.
