وكان السميري انتزع الميدالية السعودية الأولى في دورة الألعاب الآسيوية الثالثة للشباب بالمنامة 2025، ضمن منافسات ألعاب القوى التي أقيمت على استاد البحرين الوطني، حينما فاز بالميدالية البرونزية بعد حلوله ثالثاً في نهائي سباق 110 أمتار حواجز بزمن 14.12 ثانية. وحققت قطر المركز الأول بزمن 13.61 ثانية، والصين المركز الثاني بزمن 14.11 ثانية.
الوطن يستحق الذهب
