تشتت لاعب خط وسط منتخب إندونيسيا مارك كلوك، منذ وصول بعثة المنتخب إلى المملكة حتى اللحظة من عدم إجادة عدد من اللاعبين اللغة الإندونيسية خصوصاً أن عدداً من اللاعبين يعتبرون مواليد خارج البلاد.
وشكّلت معضلة كبيرة داخل صفوف الأحمر من ذلك التواصل فيما بينهم، إلا أن كلوك أنقذ المهمة والأمر بنجاح عندما تحول من لاعب إلى مترجم أحياناً.
يمثل الأحمر 29 لاعباً في صفوفه 19 منهم ولدوا خارج البلاد، و10 من مواليد إندونيسيا، إذ يعيش المواليد في الخارج بعد استوطان هولندا لها، وأغلبهم يجيدون التحدث بلغة الدولة الأخيرة، كدلك بلجيكا وإسبانيا وفنلندا.
ووفقاً لموقع «bola.net» الإندونيسي الذي نشر خبراً يتحدث فبه عن الموضوع ذاته أن كثيراً من اللاعبين المواليد خارج البلاد يتقنون اللغة الإنجليزية مما صعب عليهم الأمور من حيث التخاطب سواء في المباريات أو التدريبات اليومية.
إلا أن اللاعب مارك كلوك، قام بدور «المترجم» وأنقذ الموقف خصوصاً أنه يتقن ثلاث لغات حسب الموقع الإندونيسي.
وسبق لكلوك الذي ولد في هولندا وخاض تجارب احترافية في إسكتلندا وإنجلترا وبلغاريا، قبل العودة عام 2017 إلى إندونيسيا، بلد عائلته، ويلعب منذ 2021 لفريق برسيب باندونج.
The Indonesian national team midfielder Mark Klok has been distracted since the team's arrival in the Kingdom due to the inability of several players to speak Indonesian, especially since many of them were born outside the country.
This has created a significant challenge within the ranks of the red team regarding communication among them; however, Klok successfully saved the situation by sometimes transforming from a player into a translator.
The red team consists of 29 players, 19 of whom were born outside the country, and 10 are Indonesian-born. Those born abroad mostly reside in the Netherlands, and most of them are fluent in the language of that country, as well as in Belgium, Spain, and Finland.
According to the Indonesian website "bola.net," which published news discussing this very topic, many players born outside the country are proficient in English, which complicates matters for them in terms of communication during matches or daily training.
However, player Mark Klok took on the role of "translator" and saved the situation, especially since he speaks three languages, according to the Indonesian site.
Klok, who was born in the Netherlands and has had professional experiences in Scotland, England, and Bulgaria, returned to Indonesia, his family's country, in 2017 and has been playing for Persib Bandung since 2021.
