أصبح البرازيلي بيريكليس شاموسكا، مدرب التعاون، صاحب الرقم القياسي بين المدربين في عدد الانتصارات بالدوري السعودي للمحترفين، مع تحقيق انتصاره الـ 83، بالفوز على الاتفاق 4/ 1.
وتوقف الرقم القياسي، مواسم طويلة مع المدرب التونسي فتحي الجبال، صاحب الـ 82 انتصاراً، مع فرق الفتح والشباب والأهلي، وكان آخر عهده بالدوري موسم 2019-2020، حين غادر الفتح للمرة الأخيرة.
وكان من الممكن أن يصل شاموسكا إلى هذا الإنجاز منذ الموسم الماضي، لكنه انتقل إلى نيوم، لقيادة الفريق لدوري روشن السعودي.
وبعدما فك نيوم ارتباطه مع المدرب البرازيلي، عاد شاموسكا إلى التعاون، وكان منتظراً أن يكسر الرقم القياسي، خصوصاً أنه على بعد فوزين فقط، للتفرد بلقب المدرب الأكثر انتصاراً في الدوري السعودي للمحترفين.
وبعدما خسر شاموسكا بنتيجة ثقيلة في المباراة الافتتاحية أمام النصر 5-0، استطاع أن يحقق انتصارين على مستضيفه الأخدود 3-2، قبل انتصاره في الجولة الثالثة على الاتفاق.

The Brazilian Pericles Shamuska, coach of Al-Taawoun, has become the record holder among coaches for the most wins in the Saudi Professional League, achieving his 83rd victory by defeating Al-Ettifaq 4-1.
The record had stood for many seasons with Tunisian coach Fathi Al-Jabal, who had 82 victories with the teams Al-Fateh, Al-Shabab, and Al-Ahli, with his last season in the league being 2019-2020, when he left Al-Fateh for the last time.
Shamuska could have reached this achievement since last season, but he moved to Neom to lead the team in the Roshn Saudi League.
After Neom ended its association with the Brazilian coach, Shamuska returned to Al-Taawoun, and it was expected that he would break the record, especially since he was just two wins away from becoming the coach with the most victories in the Saudi Professional League.
After Shamuska suffered a heavy loss in the opening match against Al-Nassr 5-0, he managed to secure two victories against his host Al-Akhidood 3-2, before his victory in the third round against Al-Ettifaq.
