يحتاج المنتخب السعودي للفوزعلى منتخب ترينيداد وتوباغو من أجل ضمان التأهل لدور ربع النهائي في بطولة الكأس الذهبية «الكونكاكاف» 2025، دون النظر لنتيجة مباراة منتخبي أمريكا وهايتي.
ويملك الأخضر السعودي حظوظاً في الوصول لدور الثمانية في حال التعادل مع ترينيداد وتوباغو، وتعثر هايتي أمام أمريكا بالتعادل أو الخسارة.
وهناك سيناريوهان آخران لصعود المنتخب السعودي وصيفاً خلف أمريكا إذا تعادل الأخضر مع ترينيداد وتوباغو، بغض النظر عن نتيجة هايتي في مباراة أمريكا الأخيرة في دور المجموعات، وإذا تعادل المنتخب السعودي بنتيجة (1-1)، وفاز هايتي (1-0) فقط، وقتها سيتساويان في النقاط، وفارق الأهداف، وحصيلة التسجيل، وسيخطف الأخضر السعودي البطاقة بأفضلية المواجهة المباشرة، لفوزه على هايتي ضمن الجولة الأولى (1-0).
وأخيراً، لو انتصر منتخب هايتي بفارق هدف واحد، لكن بنتيجة غير (1-0) أو (2-1)، فسيتعين على المنتخب السعودي التعادل بنتيجة تجعله متفوقاً، أو على الأقل متساوياً مع هايتي، في حصيلة الأهداف المسجلة.
أما في حال هزيمة الصقور الخضر أمام ترينيداد وتوباغو، فسيودع من الدور الأول، إذ سيصبح رصيد هايتي 4 نقاط، بينما سيتوقف رصيد منتخبنا الوطني عند 3 نقاط ويغادر بطولة الكأس الذهبية.

The Saudi Green has chances to reach the round of eight if it draws with Trinidad and Tobago, and Haiti stumbles against the USA with either a draw or a loss.
There are two other scenarios for the Saudi team to qualify as runners-up behind the USA if the Green draws with Trinidad and Tobago, regardless of Haiti's result in its last group match against the USA. If the Saudi national team draws with a score of (1-1), and Haiti wins (1-0) only, then they will be equal in points, goal difference, and total goals scored, and the Saudi Green will snatch the ticket with the advantage of the direct encounter, having beaten Haiti in the first round (1-0).
Finally, if Haiti wins by a one-goal margin, but with a score other than (1-0) or (2-1), the Saudi national team will need to draw in a way that puts it ahead, or at least equal with Haiti, in total goals scored.
