The youth administration is awaiting a response from financial sustainability regarding the official signing with Spanish coach Imanol Alguacil. This comes as part of its steps to appoint a new technical director for the first football team within a new policy recently adopted by the club, as Alguacil is considered one of the shining names in the Spanish league in recent years. He began his coaching career in 2014 within the youth categories of Real Sociedad before taking over the first team in March 2019.

Alguacil is known for his balanced tactical style and his ability to develop young talents. He successfully led Sociedad to win the Copa del Rey in the 2019-2020 season.
