يبدأ مدرب المنتخب السعودي إيرڤي رينارد غدا (الأربعاء)، تحضيراته الفنية لمواجهة منتخب البحرين يوم الخميس الخامس من يونيو القادم على ملعب البحرين الدولي، ضمن مباريات الجولة التاسعة من التصفيات الآسيوية المؤهلة لكأس العالم 2026.
وسيخوض الأخضر خلال معسكره الإعدادي الحالي في مدينة الخبر مناورة تدريبية ودية (مغلقة) أمام منتخب الأردن يوم الجمعة القادم 30 مايو الجاري على ملعب إيجو بنادي الاتفاق.
وضمت قائمة إيرڤي رينارد 34 لاعباً للالتحاق بالمعسكر الحالي، وهم: نواف العقيدي، أحمد الكسار، حامد يوسف، عبدالرحمن الصانبي، حسن كادش، جهاد ذكري، عبدالإله العمري، علي لاجامي، حسان التمبكتي، مهند الشنقيطي، سعود عبدالحميد، متعب الحربي، نواف بوشل، علي مجرشي، محمد بكر، مختار علي، مصعب الجوير، علي الأسمري، ناصر الدوسري، فيصل الغامدي، محمد كنو، علي الحسن، زياد الجهني، تركي العمار، مروان الصحفي، سالم الدوسري، همام الهمامي، عبدالرحمن العبود، أيمن يحيى، عبدالله الحمدان، عبدالله آل سالم، مهند آل سعد، صالح الشهري وفراس البريكان.
وسينتظم جميع اللاعبين في معسكر الأخضر غدا (الأربعاء)، باستثناء لاعبي فريقي الاتحاد والقادسية الذين سيلتحقون بالمعسكر بعد فراغهم من المشاركة مع نادييهما في نهائي كأس خادم الحرمين الشريفين يوم الجمعة 30 مايو الجاري بجدة. وعقب فراغ المنتخب السعودي من مواجهة البحرين سيكمل الأخضر معسكره بجدة، استعدادا لمواجهة منتخب أستراليا في العاشر من يونيو القادم على ملعب مدينة الملك عبدالله الرياضية بجدة ضمن الجولة العاشرة من التصفيات الآسيوية المؤهلة لكأس العالم 2026.
يذكر أن المنتخب السعودي يأتي في المجموعة الثالثة ضمن الدور الثالث من التصفيات الآسيوية المؤهلة لكأس العالم 2026، إلى جانب منتخبات اليابان، أستراليا، البحرين، الصين وإندونيسيا.

The coach of the Saudi national team, Hervé Renard, will begin his technical preparations tomorrow (Wednesday) for the match against the Bahrain national team on Thursday, June 5, at the Bahrain International Stadium, as part of the ninth round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
The Green will hold a closed friendly training match against the Jordan national team during its current training camp in the city of Khobar on Friday, May 30, at the Ego Stadium of Al-Ettifaq Club.
Hervé Renard has called up 34 players to join the current camp, including: Nawaf Al-Aqidi, Ahmed Al-Qassar, Hamid Youssef, Abdulrahman Al-Sanbi, Hassan Kadsh, Jihad Dhakri, Abdulilah Al-Amri, Ali Lajami, Hassan Al-Tambakti, Mohannad Al-Shanqeeti, Saud Abdulhamid, Muteb Al-Harbi, Nawaf Bushal, Ali Majrashi, Mohammed Bakr, Mukhtar Ali, Musab Al-Juwair, Ali Al-Asmari, Nasser Al-Dosari, Faisal Al-Ghamdi, Mohammed Kanno, Ali Al-Hassan, Ziad Al-Jahani, Turki Al-Amar, Marwan Al-Sahafi, Salem Al-Dosari, Hammam Al-Hamami, Abdulrahman Al-Aboud, Ayman Yahya, Abdullah Al-Hamdan, Abdullah Al-Salem, Mohannad Al-Saad, Saleh Al-Shehri, and Firas Al-Buraikan.
All players will join the Green camp tomorrow (Wednesday), except for the players from the Al-Ittihad and Al-Qadisiyah teams, who will join the camp after finishing their participation with their clubs in the King’s Cup final on Friday, May 30, in Jeddah. After the Saudi national team faces Bahrain, the Green will continue its camp in Jeddah in preparation for the match against the Australia national team on June 10 at King Abdullah Sports City Stadium in Jeddah, as part of the tenth round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup.
It is worth mentioning that the Saudi national team is in Group C of the third round of the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup, alongside the national teams of Japan, Australia, Bahrain, China, and Indonesia.
