أثار مقطع فيديو متداول على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي في مصر، حالة واسعة من الجدل خلال الساعات الماضية، بعدما ظهر فيه مدير التعليم الإعدادي بمديرية التربية والتعليم بمحافظة القليوبية أثناء حديثه مع ولية أمر أحد التلاميذ، وهو ما دفع الجهات المختصة إلى التحرك السريع واتخاذ سلسلة من الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية بحقه، انتهت بإلغاء ندبه من منصبه، وإيقافه عن العمل، وإحالته للتحقيق، مع إخطار النيابة المختصة بالواقعة.
وفي استجابة سريعة لتداعيات الواقعة، أصدر محافظ القليوبية الدكتور حسام عبدالفتاح، قراراً عاجلاً بإلغاء ندب مدير إدارة التعليم الإعدادي بالمديرية، وإعادته إلى جهة عمله الأصلية، مع إيقافه عن العمل لمدة 3 أشهر أو لحين انتهاء التحقيقات، وإحالته إلى الجهات المختصة لاتخاذ ما يلزم من إجراءات قانونية وإدارية وفقاً للقانون واللوائح المنظمة.
وشدد المحافظ على أنه لا تهاون مع أي ممارسات أو تصرفات من شأنها الإساءة إلى المنظومة التعليمية أو الإخلال بقيم الالتزام المهني والأخلاقي، كما شدد على استمرار التحقيقات لكشف جميع ملابسات الواقعة واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة بشأنها، مؤكداً أن تطبيق القانون على الجميع دون استثناء يمثل نهجاً ثابتاً داخل أجهزة المحافظة.
وتعود تفاصيل الواقعة إلى تداول مستخدمين على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي مقطع فيديو منسوب إلى مدير التعليم الإعدادي بمديرية التربية والتعليم بالقليوبية، ظهر خلاله في حوار مع سيدة تبين لاحقاً أنها ولية أمر لأحد التلاميذ.
وخلال المقطع، ظهرت ولية الأمر وهي تعاتب المسؤول بشأن بعض العبارات التي صدرت عنه، قائلة: «أنت بتقول تعاليلي البيت»، ليرد المسؤول موضحاً: «أنا بقول بدل ما تقعدي في فندق، أنا عندي بيت دورين في الأرياف، تعالي اقعدي فيه يومين تلاتة.. ده اللي في نيتي».
كما تضمن الفيديو عبارات أخرى أثارت استياء عدد كبير من المتابعين، ومع انتشار الفيديو على نطاق واسع، تصاعدت المطالبات بفتح تحقيق عاجل للوقوف على حقيقة الواقعة والتحقق من سياق الحديث الكامل الذي دار بين المسؤول التعليمي وولية الأمر.
وفي أعقاب الجدل المثار، كشف مصدر مسؤول بمديرية التربية والتعليم بالقليوبية أن الواقعة ليست حديثة، مؤكداً أن المديرية تعاملت معها فور العلم بها منذ نحو أسبوعين.
وأوضح المصدر أن المسؤول الذي ظهر في الفيديو تمّت إحالته إلى التحقيق فور رصد الواقعة، كما جرى استبعاده من موقعه الوظيفي لحين الانتهاء من الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية اللازمة.
وأضاف أن الفيديو المتداول تم تصويره بواسطة ساعة ذكية، مشيراً إلى أن الجهات المختصة داخل المديرية باشرت فحص الواقعة فور وصولها إليها، واتخذت الإجراءات اللازمة وفقاً للوائح المنظمة للعمل.
وأشار المصدر إلى أن السيدة التي ظهرت في الفيديو هي ولية أمر لتلميذ بالمرحلة الابتدائية، وكانت قد توجهت إلى المسؤول المختص في إطار سعيها لنقل نجلها من مدرسة إلى أخرى، مؤكداً أنه تم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة فور الاطلاع على تفاصيل الواقعة كاملة.
وفي السياق ذاته، أصدر وكيل مديرية التربية والتعليم بالقليوبية القائم بأعمال وكيل الوزارة أشرف محمود، مجموعة من القرارات الحاسمة بعد فحص ملابسات الفيديو المتداول.
وشملت القرارات إقالة مدير التعليم الإعدادي من منصبه، ونقله خارج ديوان المديرية إلى إحدى الإدارات التعليمية للعمل بوظيفته على الكادر، مع عدم توليه أي منصب قيادي خلال الفترة القادمة.
كما تقرر إيقافه عن العمل 3 أشهر، إلى جانب إخطار النيابة المختصة لاتخاذ ما تراه من إجراءات قانونية حيال الواقعة، واستكمال التحقيقات اللازمة بشأنها.
وجدد مصدر مسؤول بمديرية التربية والتعليم بالقليوبية تأكيد أن الواقعة خضعت للفحص والتحقيق فور اكتشافها، وأن المسؤول الذي ظهر في الفيديو لم يعد يشغل أي موقع قيادي بعد صدور قرارات الاستبعاد والنقل، مؤكداً التزام المديرية باتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية والإدارية اللازمة تجاه أي تجاوزات يتم رصدها داخل قطاع التعليم.

The details of the incident date back to users on social media circulating a video attributed to the director of middle education at the Qalyubia Education Directorate, in which he appeared in a conversation with a woman who later turned out to be the guardian of a student.
During the clip, the guardian appeared to reprimand the official regarding some phrases he had used, saying: "You said come to my house," to which the official responded, clarifying: "I said instead of sitting in a hotel, I have a two-story house in the countryside, come stay there for two or three days... that's what I meant."
The video also included other phrases that upset a large number of viewers, and as the video spread widely, calls for an urgent investigation escalated to uncover the truth of the incident and verify the full context of the conversation that took place between the educational official and the guardian.
In the wake of the stirred controversy, a responsible source at the Qalyubia Education Directorate revealed that the incident is not recent, confirming that the directorate dealt with it immediately upon learning of it about two weeks ago.
The source explained that the official who appeared in the video was referred for investigation as soon as the incident was reported, and he was removed from his position until the necessary legal and administrative procedures were completed.
Additionally, the source mentioned that the circulating video was filmed using a smart watch, indicating that the relevant authorities within the directorate began examining the incident as soon as it was brought to their attention and took the necessary actions in accordance with the regulations governing work.
The source pointed out that the woman who appeared in the video is the guardian of a primary school student and had approached the relevant official in her effort to transfer her son from one school to another, confirming that the necessary actions were taken immediately upon reviewing the full details of the incident.
In the same context, the acting director of the Qalyubia Education Directorate, Ashraf Mahmoud, issued a series of decisive decisions after examining the circumstances of the circulating video.
The decisions included the dismissal of the director of middle education from his position and his transfer outside the directorate's headquarters to one of the educational administrations to work in his position on the staff, without holding any leadership position during the upcoming period.
It was also decided to suspend him from work for three months, in addition to notifying the relevant prosecution to take whatever legal actions it deems appropriate regarding the incident and to complete the necessary investigations concerning it.
