قبضت الأجهزة الأمنية في مصرعلى رجل الأعمال أحمد الحداد، زوج الفنانة هاجر أحمد،على خلفية مشاجرة عنيفة اندلعت داخل أحد معارض السيارات الشهيرة في منطقة التجمع الخامس شرق القاهرة، وتورط في المشاجرة عدد من الأشخاص، أبرزهم رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ وآخرون.

فيلا الساحل الشمالي
وتعود هذه الأزمة إلى نزاع حاد دار بين أطراف عدة بخصوص فيلا في منطقة الساحل الشمالي، تُقدّر قيمتها الإجمالية بنحو 50 مليون جنيه مصري، تم بيعها في وقت سابق، ليتفجر الخلاف لاحقاً بين الأطراف المعنية حول مستحقات مالية متبقية من الثمن الكلي للعقار بلغت نحو 20 مليون جنيه، ما أدى في النهاية إلى تصاعد حدة الأزمة وتفاقمها.
نقاش حاد ومشاجرة
واستناداً إلى ما أسفرت عنه التحريات الأمنية الأولية، فقد توجه عدد من الأشخاص إلى معرض سيارات يمتلكه أحد أطراف هذا النزاع والموجود بمنطقة التجمع الخامس، وبدأت المواجهة بنقاش حاد وسرعان ما تطور الأمر ليتصاعد إلى مشاجرة كبرى، ما دفع صاحب معرض السيارات إلى تحرير محضر رسمي بالواقعة وإخطار الأجهزة الأمنية.
وتحركت القوات والجهات الأمنية التابعة لمديرية أمن القاهرة إلى موقع المشاجرة، وجرى فحص الملابسات المحيطة بالواقعة والقبض على عدد من المتورطين فيها.
كما تم إعداد أكمنة أمنية محكمة أسفرت عن ضبط رجل الأعمال صبري نخنوخ والأطراف الأخرى أثناء تواجدهم على طرق متفرقة، وذلك تمهيداً لعرضهم جميعاً على جهات التحقيق المختصة.
من جانبها، باشرت النيابة العامة تحقيقاتها الموسعة في ملابسات الواقعة، واستمعت بالفعل إلى أقوال أطراف المشاجرة للوقوف بدقة على أسباب وخلفيات هذا الخلاف، وذلك في الوقت الذي تواصل فيه الأجهزة الأمنية تكثيف جهودها وتحرياتها لكشف كامل تفاصيل القضية وجوانبها.

The forces and security agencies affiliated with the Cairo Security Directorate moved to the scene of the brawl, where they examined the circumstances surrounding the incident and arrested several individuals involved.
Additionally, well-coordinated security ambushes were set up, resulting in the apprehension of businessman Sabri Nakhnoukh and the other parties while they were on various roads, in preparation for presenting them all to the relevant investigative authorities.
For its part, the Public Prosecution has initiated extensive investigations into the circumstances of the incident and has already heard the statements of the parties involved in the brawl to accurately determine the reasons and background of this dispute, while the security agencies continue to intensify their efforts and investigations to uncover all the details and aspects of the case.
