واصل القائد الهلالي سالم الدوسري تألقه مع فريقه ووصل إلى رقم قياسي تاريخي في مباراة الزعيم أمام القادسية، ضمن منافسات الجولة الرابعة والثلاثين في ختام مباريات دوري روشن لموسم 2024-25؛ بعد تمريرته الحاسمة للاعب الصربي سافيتش التي جاءت عند الدقيقة 69، وسجل من خلالها الهلال هدفه الثاني. وبهذه التمريرة، يكون «التورنيدو» قد عادل الرقم القياسي التاريخي المُسجل للاعب الباراغواياني أليخاندرو كاكو، الذي صنع 15 هدفاً في دوري روشن خلال موسم 2022-23.
كما عزز الدوسري مكانته كأكثر لاعب صناعةً للأهداف في تاريخ دوري المحترفين السعودي، برصيد 58 صناعة، متجاوزاً لاعب الرياض يحيى الشهري، صاحب الـ52 تمريرة حاسمة.
كما رفع الدوسري رقمه القياسي المُتعلق بإسهامه في الأهداف في موسم واحد في تاريخ الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، إذ وصل هذا الموسم إلى 30 هدفاً ومساهمة (15 هدفاً و15 تمريرة حاسمة)، كما وصل إلى أكثر لاعب سعودي صناعةً للأهداف في موسم واحد في تاريخ الدوري السعودي للمحترفين، بـ15 تمريرة حاسمة، مُتجاوزاً لاعب الاتحاد السابق محمد نور صاحب الـ11 تمريرة في موسم 2008-09.
ويعتبر الدوسري أكثر لاعب في تاريخ الفريق الهلالي صناعة للأهداف بالدوري السعودي، بـ58 تمريرة حاسمة، بفارق 21 عن زميله السابق بنادي الهلال نواف العابد. يذكر أن اللاعب سالم الدوسري لعب مع الهلال 444 مباراة، وسجل 130 هدفاً، وحقق 20 بطولة.
