افتتح فيكتور أوسيمين التسجيل لمنتخب نيجيريا مطلع الشوط الثاني، وتحديداً في الدقيقة 47، بعدما استغل عرضية متقنة من الجبهة اليسرى، وحوّلها برأسية قوية في شباك الحارس لوكا زيدان.
واستمرت صحوة «النسور الخضراء»، إذ عاد أوسيمين ليلعب دور البطولة مجدداً، بعدما مهّد الكرة لزميله أكور أدامز، الذي راوغ الحارس الجزائري، قبل أن يسجل الهدف الثاني في الدقيقة 57.
ليلة وداع محرز
وشهدت المباراة الظهور الأخير لنجم الأهلي السعودي رياض محرز في بطولة كأس الأمم الأفريقية، بعدما أعلن اللاعب قبل مواجهة نيجيريا أن نسخة 2025 ستكون الأخيرة له في البطولة القارية، لكن اللاعب سيكون متاحاً للمشاركة مع منتخب بلاده في كأس العالم 2026، المقرر إقامتها في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وكندا والمكسيك.

ومن المقرر أن يلتقي منتخب نيجيريا، المتوَّج بلقب كأس الأمم الأفريقية 3 مرات، مع منتخب المغرب صاحب الأرض والجمهور، الأربعاء القادم في العاصمة الرباط، ضمن منافسات الدور نصف النهائي.

Two Goals in 10 Minutes
Victor Osimhen opened the scoring for the Nigerian team at the beginning of the second half, specifically in the 47th minute, after he capitalized on a precise cross from the left flank, heading it powerfully into the net past goalkeeper Luka Zidane.
The "Green Eagles" continued their momentum, as Osimhen once again played a starring role, setting up the ball for his teammate Akor Adams, who dribbled past the Algerian goalkeeper before scoring the second goal in the 57th minute.
A Farewell Night for Mahrez
The match marked the last appearance of Saudi Al-Ahli star Riyad Mahrez in the Africa Cup of Nations, after the player announced before the match against Nigeria that the 2025 edition would be his last in the continental tournament, but he will be available to participate with his national team in the 2026 World Cup, scheduled to be held in the United States, Canada, and Mexico.
Semifinal Match Date
The Nigerian team, which has won the Africa Cup of Nations title three times, is set to face the host team Morocco next Wednesday in the capital Rabat, as part of the semifinal round.
