أعلن الاتحاد الدولي لكرة القدم (فيفا)، اليوم (الثلاثاء)، تتويج الإيطالي جيانلويجي دوناروما، حارس مرمى مانشستر سيتي الحالي، بجائزة أفضل حارس في العالم (ذا بيست 2025)، وذلك للمرة الأولى في مسيرته الاحترافية.
وأوضح «فيفا»، عبر موقعه الرسمي، أن فوز دوناروما بالجائزة جاء بعد موسم استثنائي قدّمه مع ناديه السابق باريس سان جيرمان الفرنسي، قبل انتقاله إلى مانشستر سيتي خلال الصيف الماضي.
إنجاز تاريخي في دوري الأبطال
وكان للحارس دور بارز في قيادة باريس سان جيرمان للتتويج بلقب دوري أبطال أوروبا للمرة الأولى في تاريخه، بعدما حافظ على نظافة شباكه في المباراة النهائية التي انتهت بفوزٍ عريض 5-0 على إنتر ميلان، في اللقاء الذي أقيم يوم 31 مايو 2025، إلى جانب تألقه اللافت في الأدوار الإقصائية السابقة.
وإلى جانب لقب دوري الأبطال، توّج الحارس الإيطالي البالغ من العمر 26 عاماً بثلاثة ألقاب محلية أخرى مع باريس سان جيرمان، تمثلت في: الدوري الفرنسي، كأس فرنسا، وكأس الأبطال، كما ساهم في حصول الفريق الباريسي على المركز الثاني في كأس العالم للأندية 2025.

وتفوق دوناروما في التصويت على نخبة من أبرز حراس المرمى في العالم، وهم: أليسون بيكر، تيبو كورتوا، إيميليانو مارتينيز، مانويل نوير، ديفيد رايا، يان سومر، وفويتشيك تشيزني.
The International Football Federation (FIFA) announced today (Tuesday) the crowning of Italian Gianluigi Donnarumma, the current goalkeeper of Manchester City, as the Best Goalkeeper in the World (The Best 2025), marking the first time in his professional career.
FIFA clarified through its official website that Donnarumma's win came after an exceptional season he had with his former club Paris Saint-Germain, before his transfer to Manchester City last summer.
Historic Achievement in the Champions League
The goalkeeper played a prominent role in leading Paris Saint-Germain to win the UEFA Champions League title for the first time in its history, after keeping a clean sheet in the final match, which ended with a resounding 5-0 victory over Inter Milan, held on May 31, 2025, along with his remarkable performance in the previous knockout rounds.
In addition to the Champions League title, the 26-year-old Italian goalkeeper won three other domestic titles with Paris Saint-Germain, which included: Ligue 1, the Coupe de France, and the Trophée des Champions, and he contributed to the Parisian team's second place finish in the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup.
Dominance in the Elite Race
Donnarumma excelled in the voting against a selection of the world's top goalkeepers, including: Alisson Becker, Thibaut Courtois, Emiliano Martínez, Manuel Neuer, David Raya, Yann Sommer, and Wojciech Szczęsny.
