تترقب السعودية وصول الزائر الأبيض على مرتفعات تبوك وحائل، ويتوقع أن تتدنى درجات الحرارة إلى ما دون الصفر المئوي، وذلك حسبما كشف المتحدث باسم المركز الوطني للأرصاد حسين القحطاني.
وأصدر المركز سلسلة تنبيهات و11 إنذاراً باللونين الأحمر والبرتقالي، شملت 11 منطقة في مختلف أنحاء المملكة، بسبب تأثرها بحالة مطرية تتفاوت شدتها بين الغزيرة والخفيفة، مصحوبة برياح نشطة إلى شديدة السرعة، وصواعق رعدية، وتساقط البرد، مع احتمالية جريان السيول وتدنٍ في مدى الرؤية الأفقية.
وأطلق المركز الوطني للأرصاد إنذارات حمراء على 5 مناطق في المملكة تحذر من رياح شديدة السرعة، وانعدام في مدى الرؤية الأفقية، وتساقط البرد، وجريان السيول، وصواعق رعدية، إضافة إلى 6 إنذارات برتقالية اللون شملت كلاً من منطقة الجوف وأجزاء من مناطق الرياض والقصيم وحائل وعسير وجازان، نبهت من رياح شديدة السرعة، وشبه انعدام في مدى الرؤية، وتساقط البرد، وجريان السيول، وصواعق رعدية، وضباب.
دراسة عن بُعد
في خطوة احترازية وحرصاً على سلامة الطلاب والطالبات، ولليوم الثاني على التوالي عُلقت الدراسة الحضورية اليوم في عدد من مناطق السعودية، وتحويلها إلى التعليم عن بُعد، وذلك حفاظاً على سلامة الطلبة ومنسوبي التعليم في ظل المستجدات الحالية.
وشمل القرار المنطقة الشرقية، بما في ذلك مدارس محافظة الأحساء، ومنطقة الرياض، وحفر الباطن، فيما أعلنت الإدارة العامة للتعليم بمنطقة القصيم تأخير بداية اليوم الدراسي ليوم الثلاثاء الموافق 25-6-1447هـ إلى الساعة 9:00 صباحاً، ويشمل القرار جميع مدارس المنطقة، وذلك بناءً على التقارير الواردة من المركز الوطني للأرصاد، وفي ظل توقعات حالة الطقس وتعاملاً مع الظروف المناخية التي تشهدها المنطقة.
وتوقّع المركز الوطني للأرصاد في تقريره عن حالة الطقس هذا اليوم، هطول أمطار رعدية متوسطة إلى غزيرة تؤدي إلى جريان السيول مصحوبة بزخات من البرد ورياح نشطة على أجزاء من مناطق جازان، عسير، الرياض، الشرقية والحدود الشمالية، في حين تكون خفيفة إلى متوسطة على أجزاء من مناطق الجوف، حائل، القصيم، مكة المكرمة، الباحة ونجران، مع فرصة تكون الضباب على أجزاء من تلك المناطق.
مقاطع غير صحيحة
أوضح المتحدث باسم المركز الوطني للأرصاد حسين القحطاني أن الحالة المطرية التي شهدتها مدينة الرياض أمس، كانت في مجملها أمطاراً ديمية، تخللتها هطولات متوسطة إلى غزيرة على بعض الأحياء، مع تساقط حبات البرد خلال الفترة المسائية.
وبيّن القحطاني أن أعلى كمية هطول سُجِّلت داخل العاصمة بلغت 12 مليمتراً، فيما وصلت على مستوى منطقة الرياض إلى 24 مليمتراً في محمية الملك خالد، وذلك بحسب قراءات محطات المركز.
وأكد أن بعض المقاطع المتداولة عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي بشأن غرق مواقع داخل الرياض غير صحيحة ولا تعكس واقع الحالة المطرية، مشدداً على أهمية استقاء المعلومات من المصادر الرسمية الموثوقة.
توفير جميع الإمكانات
رفعت هيئة الهلال الأحمر السعودي بمنطقة الرياض حالة الجاهزية للتعامل مع الحالة المطرية والتقلبات الجوية التي تشهدها المنطقة، تطبيقاً لخطة الهيئة وقت الأمطار والسيول وتوفير جميع الإمكانات.
وأكدت الهيئة جاهزية النقاط وانطلاق الفرق الإسعافية، وتخصيص 134 فرقة إسعافية، إضافة إلى 17 فرقة استجابة سريعة وآليات بالمنطقة، و«باص طويق»؛ بهدف ضمان التدخل السريع وتقديم أفضل الخدمات الإسعافية للمستفيدين بكفاءة عالية.
وشددت على أهمية التقيد بالتعليمات الصادرة من الجهات المختصة، واتباع إجراءات السلامة خلال هطول الأمطار، مع ضرورة تجنب مجاري السيول ومناطق تجمع المياه، والالتزام بقواعد السلامة المرورية والتعليمات الصادرة من الدفاع المدني، مع ترك المجال مفتوحاً أمام الفرق الإسعافية لأداء مهماتها بفعالية.
وأوضحت الهيئة أن رقم الطوارئ 997، وتطبيقات «أسعفني، توكلنا، أبشر» تعمل على مدار الساعة لخدمة المستفيدين في الحالات الطارئة، داعية الجميع إلى التواصل الفوري عند الحاجة.
Saudi Arabia is anticipating the arrival of the white visitor in the highlands of Tabuk and Hail, with temperatures expected to drop below zero degrees Celsius, as revealed by the spokesperson for the National Center of Meteorology, Hussein Al-Qahtani.
The center issued a series of alerts and 11 warnings in red and orange, covering 11 regions across the kingdom, due to the impact of a rain condition varying in intensity from heavy to light, accompanied by active to severe winds, thunderstorms, hail, with the possibility of flash floods and reduced horizontal visibility.
The National Center of Meteorology issued red alerts for 5 regions in the kingdom warning of strong winds, zero visibility, hail, flash floods, and thunderstorms, in addition to 6 orange alerts covering the Al-Jawf region and parts of Riyadh, Qassim, Hail, Asir, and Jazan, warning of strong winds, near-zero visibility, hail, flash floods, thunderstorms, and fog.
Remote Learning
As a precautionary measure and to ensure the safety of students, in a second consecutive day, in-person classes were suspended today in several regions of Saudi Arabia, transitioning to remote learning, to protect the students and education staff amid the current developments.
The decision included the Eastern Province, including schools in the Al-Ahsa Governorate, the Riyadh region, and Hafr Al-Batin, while the General Administration of Education in the Qassim region announced a delay in the start of the school day on Tuesday, corresponding to 25-6-1447 AH, to 9:00 AM, covering all schools in the region, based on reports from the National Center of Meteorology and in light of weather forecasts and dealing with the climatic conditions in the area.
The National Center of Meteorology predicted in its weather report for today, moderate to heavy thunderstorms leading to flash floods, accompanied by hail showers and active winds in parts of the Jazan, Asir, Riyadh, Eastern, and Northern Borders regions, while light to moderate rain is expected in parts of the Al-Jawf, Hail, Qassim, Makkah, Al-Baha, and Najran regions, with a chance of fog formation in parts of those areas.
Incorrect Clips
The spokesperson for the National Center of Meteorology, Hussein Al-Qahtani, clarified that the rainy condition witnessed in Riyadh yesterday was mostly continuous rain, interspersed with moderate to heavy showers in some neighborhoods, along with hail during the evening period.
Al-Qahtani indicated that the highest recorded rainfall within the capital reached 12 millimeters, while it reached 24 millimeters in the Riyadh region at King Khalid Reserve, according to the center's station readings.
He confirmed that some clips circulating on social media regarding flooding in areas within Riyadh are incorrect and do not reflect the reality of the rainy condition, emphasizing the importance of obtaining information from reliable official sources.
Providing All Resources
The Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the Riyadh region raised its readiness to deal with the rainy condition and the weather fluctuations occurring in the area, implementing the authority's plan during rain and floods and providing all resources.
The authority confirmed the readiness of points and the deployment of ambulance teams, allocating 134 ambulance teams, in addition to 17 rapid response teams and vehicles in the region, and the "Tuwaiq Bus"; aiming to ensure rapid intervention and provide the best emergency services to beneficiaries with high efficiency.
It emphasized the importance of adhering to the instructions issued by the relevant authorities and following safety procedures during rainfall, while avoiding flood channels and water accumulation areas, and complying with traffic safety rules and instructions issued by the Civil Defense, leaving space open for ambulance teams to perform their tasks effectively.
The authority clarified that the emergency number is 997, and the "Asafni, Tawakkalna, Absher" applications operate around the clock to serve beneficiaries in emergencies, urging everyone to communicate immediately when needed.
